The food was delicious but the staff made my friends and I very uncomfortable and un welcomed. Our waitress was very standoffish, never smiled and seemed to rush us out of the restaurant when we were the only ones there! She asked if we wanted our check after we JUST received our food. I have never seen that before. What’s the rush? We wanted another round of drinks and dessert but she provided the receipts before asking if we were done eating. She seemed very nervous and maybe new on the job so please please please train your staff in customer service. The place was empty but we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than paying customers. Thank you

I came here because I work in the area and online it says this place closes at 11pm. I walked in at 9:20pm because of a reservation at 9:15pm and the gentleman behind the bar said the kitchen was already closed and the bar was also doing last call. If the restaurant closes before 11, it would be helpful to update your hours to the public. In my experience, a kitchen normally closes 30 minutes before the restaurant closes and I was there before that so even if they close at 10, (which the public website hours say otherwise), I was there before the kitchen should have closed. Also: why allow a reservation at that time if the kitchen is closed?? It seems they just didn’t want the business. I won’t be back.

Dinner here with Pope as the bartender was amazing. I loved his recommendation for the seafood boil! 5/5

However, lunch at 1:45pm was disappointing. I wanted to order the grit croquettes but the bartender told me they didn’t have them because there’s a brunch upstairs. It didn’t make sense to me. I couldn’t anything I wanted. People started canceling their orders.

Waitress rude and unfriendly, burger bun burnt and meat was not medium but well done. Waitress didn't even ask if it tasted good. Happy hour only at the bar, you are not allowed to consume the drinks at the table with dinner, then have to pay the full price. What's the point?

The restaurant itself is nicely furnished, but the view is creepy. You look out over buildings ready for demolition or a building site. The prices are far too high for the quality in this area. We will never come back.

Went to watch a DC United game and stopped by for dinner before so as it was super close, was greeted and treated amazingly all throughout dinner, had the burger and the caesar salad to split with my wife and we didnt even get to finish the salad as it was such a nice portion and with such fresh products , the burger was also lovely on presentation and taste and it came along a side of fries that I think I've never tasted any better anywhere else
Thank you for a wonderful meal!

The location is very nice. Customer service was phenomenal & very friendly. The food was made in a good timely manner (I was still working & only had a 15-minute break). Most of all the location near Audi field & the National stadium gives it good easy walking distance.

If you stay at the Cambria and dont want to walk or rideshare anywhere, this is a nice little spot to grab a drink and a bite to eat

I got the yogurt parfait, which wasn't a parfait at all. It was a big bowl of regular yogurt, not Greek yogurt, garnished with granola and a few berries. A parfait is supposed to be layered with a significant amount of granola and berries, not garnished with it. And for $12, it should of been Greek yogurt. Who eats regular yogurt anymore. Very disappointed. A DC restaurant should know better.

I've given Rowhouse 4 stars because I highly recommend it. What a surprise to find such great food when I was expecting mediocre hotel food. I had excellent shrimp and grits. Breakfast the next morning was simple but superbly prepared.
