absolutely loved my smoothie bowl! It was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and packed with vitamins and antioxidants. I added a few extra nutrients, and it still tasted amazing—super light and healthy without being too sweet. The service was also top-notch—friendly, fast, and helpful from start to finish. You can tell they really care about quality and customer experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something nutritious and delicious!

The girl making drinks is actually brain dead I'm sorry. I took 15 minutes to explain what I wanted and for her to understand only for her to get the whole thing wrong. I just wanted a mango smoothie. I ended up with an acai bowl I didn't want. She couldn't even refund me because she didn't know what she was doing. As a business I would neverrrrrrrr have an employee like that work alone

Service was very, very slow tonight. It took 40 minutes to get one bowl. There was only one worker. He wasn’t particularly busy, but did have some takeout orders to do before mine. There seems to be no process in place for getting work done. Look for the recipe. Look for the bag. Decide where to staple. Ask to repeat the order 3 times. On and on. The bowl was pretty good but not worth waiting as long as I did. Thankfully, I was having a slow night.

i 100% love this spot, the service is excellent. Owner is super sweet and very attentive with your order. It’s also very comfortable and the bowls are delicious with lots of options. I recommend to EVERYONE in DC!

Let me start off by saying the customer service here is amazing. Everyone is so nice. The bowls taste so good and refreshing. Jordan is an amazing worker 10/10
I recently had a frustrating experience with a Hispanic female employee who spoke absolutely no English at Rush bowl that left me thoroughly disappointed. I arrived at the shop 20 minutes before closing time to purchase two items, which totaled $28. After completing my purchase, I realized I wanted to add extra strawberries to my order. When I returned to the counter to request the topping, I was shocked by the employee’s response.
Instead of helping me, the staff member laughed and said, "Haha, it's not my business," and proceeded to close the store earlier than their stated closing time of 10 PM it was 9:50. I found myself having to argue just to get a simple topping added to my order. It’s frustrating that a business wouldn’t be willing to accommodate a paying customer, especially when I was there well within their operating hours.
This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I’ll definitely think twice before returning. Customer service should be a priority, and unfortunately, that wasn't the case here.
