Ruth's Chris Steak House

Wonderful food at Ruth Chris steak was made to perfection. Our server Amy was awesome and attentive as well. My wife and I will be back for sure!

It was my husbands birthday and I swear I've never experienced a Ruth Chris like this one. It wasn't the people or service at all it was more so the Food. No flavor the bbq shrimp didn't even have flavor, spinach was horrible and that's one of my favorites. We didn't even get the birthday dessert for his birthday. I love Rush Chris but I will never go back to this one .

I ordered 40oz tomahawk ribeye with truffle crust, sizzling lobster tail, calamari and veal osso buco ravioli

Novice customer service for the exception of Thomas the DM. Disappointed in the experience shared by myself and colleagues.

It was my wife's 55TH BD and our first time at this restaurant. Tamia was fantastic. Overall food was great.

This was my first time at the Ruth’s Chris. We decided to go there for Thanksgiving. We went to the downtown DC location and it was busy.

Food was per usual - Delish.

Service - Our server nice was enough, but had no personality and didn’t really understand the flow of things. I don’t think there were enough servers or people just weren’t doing their jobs. Never once was our water refilled. After asking 4 times we got bread but wasn’t until 3/4 of the way through our meal. She kept telling us it was cooking which may have been true - but what was that about!?

Ruth Chris - did not fail in the meal, but I felt like I was sitting in the restaurant's kitchen... was very disappointed on the seating arrangement; especially since it was a holiday meal.

My daughter went there with her best friend before returning to her own place in Seattle. She left behind her overpriced lamb chops and brussel sprouts. All I can say is FLAVORLESS. OMG! YUK

This place has changed so much — and not for the better. The service was awful, and the atmosphere was disappointing. I have no idea what happened here, but it’s nothing like it used to be. The staff didn’t seem professional at all. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here.

Went on a Saturday at 4:30pm. Great food, drinks, and service. Our waitress (name starts w a K) was kind and attentive and the food runner was also great and packaged our food carefully.
