Right. This place. Imagine queuing for fifteen minutes, which in nightclub time is roughly the length of Lawrence of Arabia, only to finally get inside and discover… nobody. Nothing. An echo. A social black hole. It’s like waiting ages for a bus that never arrives, except when it does arrive, it’s on fire and driven by a ghost

But that’s not the real achievement here. Oh no. The crown jewel of incompetence is the bouncers. Arrogant, smug, and wielding their microscopic authority like they’re guarding the gates of Buckingham Palace instead of an empty room with bad music. Yes, I understand, dealing with drunk, difficult people is hard. Very hard. But here’s the thing: if you genuinely cannot tell the difference between a decent customer and a walking disaster, then congratulations. you’ve failed at the only job you have.

This club manages the impossible: it wastes your time, insults your intelligence, and treats you like you should be grateful for the privilege. You shouldn’t. You should leave. Immediately. Preferably laughing, because otherwise you might cry.

Worst club in the DC area? Possibly. Worst attitude? Absolutely. And unlike the line outside, that opinion will not be disappearing anytime soon.

Super unorganized and the staff at the front can be rude/condescending. I came here to meet someone who had a section and I didn’t quite understand that he had to come out to bring me a wristband before I could go in under his party. It took me about 20 minutes just to get that information because the older white gentleman and the black guy accompanying him were not much help at giving me this info. Pretty much ignored the hell out of me😂 After so much back and forth and even talking to the group of girls who has the “promoter list” (By the way those women except one absolutely need a little more training lol), I finally get to the front where another bald, white or maybe Hispanic guy, was being extremely rude. He was in front of the door with another guy after you get checked by security (By the way the security was pretty much the nicest people at the establishment literally). This guy was making so many unnecessary comments and he seems to be someone in upper management which says a lot about this establishment. I will not be coming back here and I see why the rating is under 3 stars. This place has potential but the employees I encountered are probably what’s going to be the cause of this places demise.

not great crowd management. People crowding, could barely breathe, people pushing, people jumping over the barricades, when we got up to the front of the line they told us it was $40 despite the event being “free with RSVP”.

This place is pretty cool. My first time there for a networking party and great vibes. The bartender made the best lemon drop and the aesthetic is nice!

Security thinks they own the space! Asked to speak to the manager, who was another security agent acting as if he was the manager! Don't pay these fools any mind!

Love love the venue. The overlook of 18th Street and Connecticut Ave corridor from the large windows inside the club makes it even more special.

I went to St. Yves last weekend and had the best DC nightclub experience! The DJ was great, the music was bomb, and our server was extremely friendly and accommodating. Best bottle service in DC by far.

This place is a rip off. The brown skinned bouncer with the dreads and the Caucasian guy at the door made me and my friend leave the line and wanted us to pay $30 at the door when we paid for tickets on their website for Saint Saturday. We went to Rosebar instead and had a great time. It really be your own kind at these establishments that will try to make a quick buck!!! I’ll never go back to this place. And don’t recommend!!! We literally were tasting to explain to them and showed them we paid and they weren’t trying to hear us out and no one was even in the line. Terrible customer service.

LOOKING FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE NIGHT IN DC? THIS IS THE CLUB TO BE AT!
My friends and I booked a section and let me tell you… a time was had! The bottle service was top notch, bottle presentations were next level, and the venue was stunning. We loved that our section was spacious for all my friends to dance. The atmosphere of the club was hype all night with trendy songs, hip hop, etc. We can’t wait to come back. The BEST night life experience we’ve had in DC hands down!

I hosted a private event here recently and was so impressed by how professional and helpful the staff was. The space is absolutely stunning—perfect for what we needed. If you're looking for a private event venue in DC that still feels fun and modern, this is the spot.

We threw our company party here and it was amazing! The venue is super versatile and modern, and the staff helped make everything go perfectly. From setup to the actual event, it was all really smooth. If you’re looking for an event venue in DC that stands out, this is the one.

Thank you for a great time like always!
As many times as I have frequent DC area if you are looking to ball out and have a blast Saint Yves is still and will forever #1 on my list when it comes to nightlife, spending a night out with friends and/or family—one of the best lit nightclubs in the area along side their sister clubs; Abigail and Strand.

Never miss out on Afrobeat nights @ Abigail and if you’re looking to not get into too much but still have a calm night out Strand is the perfect place to be. All 3 clubs are within walking distance of each other!

We wanted to try a new spot for my birthday so I heard about this place on social media , and was like ok we can go here . Sent this info to my group chat with my girls , and my consin decided to book a section . She contacted the person via email . Now the section range from $500-$2000. My cousin and dude discuss the difference in the prices and she decided because it’s only 3 of us she got the $500 section location : The cloud room ) … this where it gets F’ed up the cloud room isn’t inside where the party at it’s in a freaking corner … very misleading and messed up . The manager is the worse and was being rude about refunding us , , like come dude ask your self would you have wanted that section , that was wack ass heel and he knows it …. This club is the freaking worst and beware of the $500 cloud room table . Don’t let him get over on you because he most definitely got over on us . I mean even talking about getting a lawyer to refund us , which is very female like , he knew he was wrong , because they didn’t refund us , we had to make the best of it , it was one of the worst night ever
