Food is absolutely delicious and the staff at Himalayan Doko are the kindest! We ate family style and all the dishes were so full of flavor. The Tandoori Chicken Wings and the Lamb Rogan Josh were my favorites, but you can't go wrong with any dish - everything I tried was delicious.I am also so, so appreciative of how they were able to accommodate our reservation of a large party (20+ people). We had a great time and our time here was very memorable. One of my favorite restaurants in D.C., I will be back!

We didn’t liked the food. We stopped by for quick food and ordered Crispy Palak Chaat with Chowmin Paneer. Both were terrible. Not to mention there is a 18% service charge. Obviously it is mentioned on the Menu but based on the taste of what we ordered, not worth.

I am currently in town for work, and was desperately searching for a place that offered plant-based options to accommodate me. This place is so amazing! I ordered the basmati rice and chickpea masala which is absolutely delicious! The flavor is chef's kiss perfection!!! And did I mention the service! The service was awesome, I felt so welcome, loved and appreciated and felt it through my food as well! I highly highly highly recommend, and promise you will not regret it at least your palette won't! Their drinks are also extremely reasonably priced which was also another plus for me. Beautiful decor and Amazing food. The naan is fantastically light with just enough crisp to it. I tried the Jhol Momo and it was delicious. Momo serving size (10 pieces) is plenty to make sure you leave full!

Our order arrived after 45-50 mins. Ordered butter chicken and paneer tikka masala - both tasted good! Service is super slow. Pretty low-key place overall.
I really liked the taste of Chicken biryani. I had it to go. The one thing good about it was that it wasn’t dry. It was cooked well with great blend of spices.

I had dinner here last night with my secret boyfriend and we were a little disappointed with our meal. The butter chicken had NO spice, not even a little bit, which really surprised us. The lamb Rogan Josh was nice but could have used more meat, considering the price. The garlic naan and rice was good though.
