Unorganized, very unprofessional!!!! Never will I order again!!!

I can’t lie—I was really disappointed for a place with a 4.8 rating. The employees were nice, but the Asian chicken salad and Chipotle chicken sandwich were rough. The bacon bits were hard as rocks, the salad chicken tasted barely thawed, and the panini had cold chicken and dressing.

Usually fresh but after having our orders missing an item every other time we go, I cannot recommend this location. Whether it’s a missing bag of chips or an error with the order itself, there always seems to be something wrong. Unfortunate, because the workers are typically very nice.

I ordered the pick 2 combo: a sandwich with soup.

Soup was served cold and the sandwich quickly fell apart when i picked it up with my hands.

Damon and Ty (Manager) were super polite. Their professionalism shined thru as a reflection of their upbringing.

Would definitely come back. The two represents SaladWorks well!

A big group of s were here for our annual conference at the Marriott hotel around the corner we didn’t have a lot of time for lunch so decided to get a salad the gentleman working in the restaurant were very kind and rapid with our orders and the broccoli cheddar soup was so good as was my Oriental crispy chicken salad. It’s a good spot in the area. Eat here!

Unbelievable value for money! The quality of the ingredients is excellent and the portion sizes are huge. I had a SweetGreen the day before and it was AWFUL compared to SaladWorks! Highly recommended.

They were missing half the ingredients when I went for lunch and the quality of the ingredients they did have was very poor. Would not recommend considering all the other food options nearby.

Surprisingly bad menu for vegetarians too.
