Sauf Haus is always a great time, but Marlyn took our experience to the next level. Her service was truly exceptional! She makes great Aperol Spritzes and espresso martinis. You can tell she genuinely cares about making every guest feel welcome and brings such positive energy to the space. Marlyn is a star and a big reason we’ll be coming back. If you go to Sauf Haus, ask for Marlyn!
Racist employees that get a thrill on kicking people out that aren’t causing problems and allowing inappropriate, uncontrollable individuals to stay as long as they please.
Sauf Haus is our favorite bar spot! Love going for Saturday day party! Janine is our a favorite bartender, I only order drinks from her because she’s so sweet and really makes you feel like a friend. I always look for her, she’s the best!!! Never stopping going to Sauf Haus!!

Place was empty. Beers were really overpriced. Pretzel was not fresh or chewy. They added a 20% service charge, and then there was a tip line. Only saving grace—we met cool people. Otherwise, we won’t be back.

20% auto gratuity after 9 pm, they tell me after they run my card for 1 beer. $4.40 gratuity for one beer, not posted anywhere on the menu, just one small sign behind the bar.

Small venue - limited bathroom options ... line is long at night. Spent more than 25 minutes queueing for bathroom. Save your time!

Dropped in for a beer, had two and the pretzel bites. In town for the weekend and decided to stop here first. I had the bartender recommend a Blonde beer and it was awesome! Solid pretzel bites, firm outside but soft inside. Super chill, smaller, enclosed patio bar with a good sized bar top and multiple large long tables for bigger groups.

Wouldn't let me in because i had a backpack. Like you're really not gonna let me in because i have a laptop and am coming from work? Not cool.
