Sauf Haus is always a great time, but Marlyn took our experience to the next level. Her service was truly exceptional! She makes great Aperol Spritzes and espresso martinis. You can tell she genuinely cares about making every guest feel welcome and brings such positive energy to the space. Marlyn is a star and a big reason we’ll be coming back. Sauf Haus is our favorite bar spot! Love going for Saturday day party! Janine is our a favorite bartender, I only order drinks from her because she’s so sweet and really makes you feel like a friend. I always look for her, she’s the best!!! Never stopping going to Sauf Haus!!

Dropped in for a beer, had two and the pretzel bites. In town for the weekend and decided to stop here first. I had the bartender recommend a Blonde beer and it was awesome! Solid pretzel bites, firm outside but soft inside. Super chill, smaller, enclosed patio bar with a good sized bar top and multiple large long tables for bigger groups.
