It was surprisingly good. I got a supreme, the bread, cheese, and ingredients were good overall. The staff were also okay.

The reason for this review is that I have been getting the breadsticks about four times every single ordeal was rough dealing with the manager the african man I was pointing out which ones breadaticks I wanted he had a horrible attitude which I am quite use too but today he really did the most he told me that I was too picky threw my breadsticks around in the bag I asked him why is he so rude he told me that I was a problem I told him that I am paying for my food it isn't like he is giving me the food for free he then talk so low too me told me I didn't have a man and that I must not have grown up with a father figure in my life I explained too him how could you say such a thing my father is deceased 😢 he still went on a rant this behavior is out of control I have never in my life seen or heard such a disrespectful person in management

The cashier was very dismissive and rude when I was attempting to pay for my order. I ended up leaving the food because of his attitude.

The pizza at Sbarro is probably the best pizza I have ever had, but the price point does make me take it down a star. Though it is a better price point than other establishments at Union Station, it still is a bit pricey for what you are getting. Granted, it is in Washington D.C, so it’s probably the location that makes it expensive.

The pizza is amazingly delicious. We came to Washington as tourists from Philadelphia, and unfortunately we have yet to find good, tasty pizza in Philadelphia. And in Washington, at the station, we were unexpectedly surprised by the Sbarro pizzeria chain with amazing pizza. Other cooked dishes are also delicious. Prices are reasonable. There are no questions about the food, everything is great. Questions only about sanitation. While we were eating, a cockroach was crawling along the wall.

Rude lady. Rushed my food and I got it cold. Don’t bother here unless you want a hassle over your food and poor service

I stopped at Sbarro at Union Station to get something to eat while waiting on a Marc train. I purchased a slice of pizza and a beverage. I already had a beverage from Starbucks as well. After eating my slice of pizza I left my beverages and tray on the table while I went to purchase another slice if pizza. When I turned around the cashier had taken both drinks and the tray and disposed of the beverages. When I went to pay for the new slice of pizza i reuested a complimentary drink since my got thrown away. The African man that throw my items away told me I would have to pay. He stated that once you get up from your table the items are thrown away and that I would have to pay for another drink. I pleaded with him and he refused so I did not purchase the second slice of pizza and told him that his customer service was less than professional. I plan to dispute the original card to my card as I loss a $4 drink and a $5 drink from Starbucks.

While definitely not anything special, I think this Sbarro is one of the better priced restaurants in Union Station. They sortof draw the line between cheap and expensive. Just wish the portions were a bit bigger and the price was scaled down a notch.

This place made me sick for 24 hrs... Never going back. They do not know how to treat customers. And they do not want to give you cheese for your pizza. When I walked up. The guy was talking about snakes as if I was one, and that was the manager. Horrible service. Stay away.

Way too expensive. It really not worth it, below average taste they act as if they're scared to put a good amount of cheese on. Fake meatballs, dried up chicken parm. The best thing is spinach stromboli.
