I ma not sure why this place has a lot of negative reviews but our experience was pretty good. The service was fast, the staff was polite, the food was fresh and I’m happy with the overall experience.Vegetarian options: Baked potatoes, breadsticks, spaghetti, cheese pizza, spinach and mushroom pizza, baked ziti.

This place made me sick for 24 hrs... Never going back. They do not know how to treat customers. And they do not want to give you cheese for your pizza. When I walked up. The guy was talking about snakes as if I was one, and that was the manager. Horrible service. Stay away.

The workers here were extremely rude and unkind to me and my friends. They were being snappy when taking our order and just BITCHES in general. THEY TOOK OUR RECEIPT RIPPED IT UP AND THEN DIDNT GIVE US THE CORRECT FOOD!!!!! Then they wouldn't help do anything to change it. We got the right order after some slight arguing and got our complete order. They then spilled our drink! Wouldnt help clean it! Didn't give us another!! Terrible customer service!!!!!!!! DON'T EVER COME HERE!!!!

Way too expensive. It really not worth it, below average taste they act as if they're scared to put a good amount of cheese on. Fake meatballs, dried up chicken parm. The best thing is spinach stromboli.

Good pizza at Union Station. Sbarro is located on the first floor of Union Station and not in the lower level food courtVegetarian options: Pizza without meat topping is a vegetarian optionDietary restrictions: Sbarro will customize some ingredients to suit your needsParking: Union Station only has paid parking either in the garage or out on the street. We were coming home from NYC and had a brief layover in DC while Amtrak switched out its engines. I ran into the station and was able to quickly grab dinner for 6 of us. The staff, Mary, was kind, helpful and made sure that we got the most food for our money. Mary’s warm smile and quick service made ensured that I was able to get back on the train before it headed out for Roanoke. Everyone enjoyed the food and the next time we come back from NYC we will make this run again.

Stopped here for a quick bite. Pizza was good. Nothing amazing, but good. We ate in Union Station a bunch of times during our trip. The environment can be very noisy and chaotic. But if you are looking for a quick, cheap meal, there are many options.

They shoo away the military and NASA and offer free food to those running the streets.

I stopped here and bought one pepperoni slice. Paid around $6. Convenient location outside some Amtrak departure gates

Good food and friendly service. The two guys sleeping in the dining area detracted from a wholly positive experience.

This place is Great! Keven the manager Saved the Day! Keven came to the rescue for my friend who had her purse stolen and was left with no way to purchase food. He helped me spot her in the station and get her order paid for online. She reported that the food was great also! Thanks Keven!

I was greeted by Carlos who was busy prepping when I walked into the Sbarro. The selection on breakfast menu items was listed. It was a nice healthy selection so I ordered eggs, potatoes and a biscuit.I'm vegetarian. I was asked if i was dining in or taking out.The food well done was placed into an aluminum pan and given to me on a tray as I chose to dine in. The price was a bit costly I added an apple juice and my total was 9.44. If it was not for the great customer service I would have walked out but food is expensive anyway so I had no problem paying. The quality of the food was what I expected and it was a pretty decent breakfast as I was feeling a bit sick before consumption and it helped make me feel better
