Incredible service!! My pickup order encountered a minor delay, and the staff informed me they were comping my order before I had even noticed the wait. I told them they didn’t need to do that, as I wasn’t in any rush, and the staff replied “We hold ourselves to a high standard here” - This high standard of care is also evidenced by the excellent quality of their food.

This rather tucked-away spot in NOMA is really just a hidden gem. It's extremely well run, by a delightful young lady, who is this store's Manager. She excels at being welcoming, attentive, and helpful… And, so too are all her staff. They’re all very friendly, nice, professional, empathetic, and eager to help you with ordering your bowls, if, you like me, are unfamiliar with Korean food.
And, the bowls are filled with very healthy ingredients, as well as being generously proportioned, in addition to also being very flavorful and tasty. All for a fairly reasonable price. And, the house-made drinks are also very interesting, different and very healthy as well…
I would highly recommend them for their food as well as their exceptional commitment to service and just making sure that all are comfortable in their place.

Got a purple rice & roasted veggie bowl with chicken as my protein with all the toppings that I wanted without an extra charge (unless you wanted to add avocado or fried egg). All the veggies & add ones were fresh and crunchy, the chicken was tender and the gochujang sauce def has a kick! Staff was super friendly and would highly recommend if you’re looking to get a lot of food and a drink for under $15.

We came in close to closing time and the young man who waited on us was so kind and patient. We were hungry and a little indecisive; he could have been inattentive and dismissive. However, the food was really good (take out); but I give you the most points for how I was treated. Would go again!
