My partner and I went to get food for an early Valentine’s Day dinner. The food was okay (they should actually season their steaks) but that’s not what the one star is about. Our server at the end of the meal brought us our check and it was correct. I gave our server my card and she brings the check back and I got charged over $20 more than the original check. I look at what I was charged for and it’s COMPLETELY different from what we ordered and the original check I was given. Here’s the thing my partner and I were the ONLY people in the restaurant that night. There’s absolutely no way this was an honest mistake or a mix up this was entirely on purpose and completely illegal. When I pointed it out I got a sheepish “o no I’m so sorry let me fix that” from our server and did get refunded for the full amount they illegally charged me for ($108) and then paid the amount our dinner was ($84) but I will never return and recommend any moral person avoids this place like the plague.

This was such a delicious place to eat! The pastas are amazing and the service is incredible. We had Epi and Giovanni serving us and they were truly phenomenal. Please give them a raise, they deserve it. I’ll be coming back for more client dinners!!!

This place is a tourist trap. It’ll continue to rake in cash because it’s situated in a very popular area, but please avoid it if you care about good food or service. This place is not it.
Really bad, unseasoned, cold food and confusing service.
The waiters were nowhere to be found. Not even for a glass of water. Only one person’s food came out for our party of 3 and the rest was brought out to another table by the food runners. When the food was finally dropped off by the food runner, our server popped up and asked how everything was. They literally just placed the food on the table one second ago and we hadn’t even picked up the silverware to begin eating. We never saw her again.
I had the steak, which was the most expensive thing on the menu, and it came out unseasoned and so tough that the entire table rocked from me trying to cut it. I tried to ask for a steak knife since they didn’t bring one but there were no servers to be found.
The bussers tried to take out plates before we clearly were even finished. Still no sign of any server.
We finally got up and looked around for the server so that we could pay and leave.
This place is trash. Try to avoid it

Nice place to have dinner on New Years Eve before going out later We have been there on two other New Years Eves and enjoyed it similarly Only problem is that they didn't decorate for the New Year like they did in the past which was disappointing
