Top worst experiences ever multiple African American employees started beating on a gay couple when they just asked how much long the food was gonna be after waiting 45 mins for food u guys need to watch out who u hire.

This place has really good quality burgers and food. I like the fact that they bring the food out. I've always found the food filling and satisfying though it does cost a little more. However, you do get what you pay for here and I'm happy.

The Staff of this shake shack branch are great. First time i came here. The cashier Jerry was so sweet and helpful. I noticed that as i ate my burger everybody were so accommodating and helpful specially the Manager Tasha.Every time i need something they are always there to help and assist. The customer service i experience with this team is is very impressive. Excellent customer service and Amazing Staff. Thank you so much. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Friendly staff, good value for money food
This restaurant is a nightmare! 50 minutes for 2 burgers and one fries portion... the service is not just bad it's clearly rude... the woman cashier is rude and no respect. Tables, restroom and floor was dirty. When you see how they don't take care of cleaning, I prefer don't imagine the kitchen...
