Good 30€$ burger meal but awful service ! staff staring at me because I asked assistance for beer drinking ID. Man throwing paper boxes from stairs in the middle of the restaurant to store it easily…

I came here last week with my husband when we where in dc and i always enjoy shake shack but this one the they where playing music so loud my head hurt so bad my burger was good though and milkshake

Shake shack in Dupont Circle has the absolute best frozen chocolate and frozen vanilla custard. I was in Washington DC for three days and the frozen custard was so addicting that I went back there every day for a double scoop.

Seven dollars may be pricey for two scoops of ice frozen chocolate custard, but it is worth it.

Worst fast food ever. McD serves better food… The fountain «Coke» tasted more of chlorine than soda.

Poor customer service. A worker came to me at the door and told me the inside was closed. He told me to go to the window. I went to the window and he kept looking at me but would not open the window to ask my name for the order even though the order had been already been finished and was ready. He brought multiple uber eats bags near the window even though there was no one there to pick them up yet but still wouldn’t take my name for my order.

It took us over 30 minutes to receive our food and by the time we got it, it was cold. Everyone in the restaurant seemed upset by the delays and no one was trying to resolve the situation. The workers ignored the pick up counter and tried to not acknowledge the delays. Other people had to yell at them to demand their food. Overall, chaotic experience and the food didn’t hold up.

First time I came on a Saturday in 2023 there was a rat running around. So I deduct two stars for dirtiness, but add one back for entertainment.

Terrible service. The staff clearly lacks even the most basic sense of customer service — rude looks when you order and they practically throw the food at you when you pick it up. By far the worst experience I’ve had at any location of this franchise.

I would put zero stars if it was an option. I DoorDashed from them three hours before they closed and spent a total of $55 for something they should’ve paid me to eat. I ordered two bacon and avocado cheeseburgers, and a shake but only one came with avocado, and it was gray. The shake was completely melted. The food here is not fresh. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
