Far from the hustle and bustle of New York Shake Shacks.
No waiting here, neither to order, nor to collect your tray.
Always the same pleasure in tasting the shake shack burger, French fries or chicken bites.

Expensive but good. They charge a lot for fast food but the products are good. Fast and friendly service. Small but well organized environment. Large selection for a fast food restaurant. Seating both inside and in the gallery

Terrible food!! We bought burgers (they were too salty) and hotdogs (they were burnt and thick black in color). It was the worst food I had eaten in a fairly long time ! If you are around Union station, I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. There are better places to buy food.

Literally the absolute slowest place I’ve been too. There was no one ahead of us in line and it took them 15 minutes to make two drinks. That’s right. Two drinks. This caused us to miss our bus and we then had to wait 22 minutes for our bus. We even stood at the counter for 5 minutes while we stared at our drinks just sitting in the counter. They literally would not even give us our drinks until we told them that they were ours.

Visited twice during my visit to the D.C. Great burgers but the fries were quite tasteless.

I ordered online. One burger had nothing on it and my fries were not even in the bag. Disgusting. Huge waste of money.

I do not know where to begin. The staff at the Union Station location had hands down THE BEST customer service and experience I could have asked for. Chanel and her staff knocked it out of the park. We had 40 family members coming from all over the country to enjoy a game night gathering as part of our reunion. The food was EXCELLENT. They went above and beyond asking if we needed anything else. They catered to individual needs, like prepping the veggie burger last so it would stay warm or bringing someone a replacement sandwich. I CANNOT say enough. I am literally blown away and so thankful. Chanel was with me planning from 2 months out and let me know she had everything handled and she sure did!!! Please recognize them for their excellent service. 5 stars across the board.

put an order in and spent over half an hour waiting for my food, got the initial “we’ll text you again when your order is ready” message but nothing after that. when i went to ask about the status, my order had been waiting for long enough that the food was cold and the ice was melted in my drink. i am not one to write a review, but i am genuinely frustrated at the time and money i wasted, as well as the amount of food waste. shoulda gone to wendy’s smh
