The atmosphere is smug college kids. But the food is incredible. The meat is a custom blend. Its the best tasting burger in the country. And the fries are perfect. Taste like the food in 1965. ❤️

Woefully understaffed location. Twenty five minutes to get a simple Shackbuger and woman packing to go was rubbing her lip and scratching her nose with gloves on (that she did not change afterwards). We don't know if it was this particular restaurant or the entire franchise, but the size of the burger and fries was very small and lacked flavor. All this at a high price for a restaurant where you pick up your food, sit down and clear your table. Of course, we can say that they only have fame. Average price per person approximately $20.

Best fast food burger money can buy, that's about enough said, the bun was well toasted and not foggy, the patties were cooked perfectly with crispy burnt ends, the sauce wasn't as prevalent as I thought yet still lingered throughout adding to the burger. Overall if you have never tried shack shake it is a must.

Went on a Wednesday night. The food was subpar compared to the 18th St location. I'm not sure if they meat wasn't fresh but my spouse and I both were feeling sick after consumption.
This Shake Shack is the reverse of my panera review yesterday!! Service leaves something to be desired. I had to ask for my order several times before getting someone's attention while they were all making small talk. And then to top it all off, both of my burgers were PINK on the inside :(. Normally beef you can eat raw, but I wouldn't recommend hamburgers RAW since it's ground beef and you don't really know where it's been. Just know what you're getting yourself into before coming to this shake shack
