Shakes tasted good (ordered chocolate and a black and white), but the order tablets were a disaster. It was a challenge to get the order in. Had to keep pressing the buttons over and over. Would have faired better with someone taking my order at a register! The order was filled in a reasonable amount of time, so no complaints there. However the place looked dirty to me - I'm glad I didn't order food.

I love me some Shake Shack. I think they had some of the best burgers and I obsess over their crinkle cut fries! My only qualm is that they don’t call out the names of mobile orders when they’re ready. When there is a long line for the kiosk, I’ll just order on the mobile app (life hack) but then I have to pay close attention because they’ll put mobile/togo orders on a shelf behind the counter without calling out the name so I keep needing to go to the counter to ask if that one is mine or not. Otherwise, very friendly staff and good food.

Good late night dining spot on a Sunday night, it was after a concert and many non-fancy restaurants are closed by 9 pm, but Shake Shack was consistent with others in the nation and was smooth ordering (self-order kiosk, then wait for your name to get called). Steady business, not too long of a wait.
Stopped by Shake Shack yesterday coming all the way from Florida and I was really impressed with the service. There was a guy named Dom as I recall and was at the register, and he made the whole ordering process super easy and welcoming. He was friendly, quick, and had great energy that stood out, especially during a busy time. You can tell he cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. Team members like him make a huge difference I left with not just good food but also a great impression of the staff.

I visited Shake Shack yesterday and had such a great experience at the front counter. Dom was working as the cashier, and he went above and beyond to make the visit enjoyable. He greeted every customer with a genuine smile, was patient and kind while taking orders, and made sure everything was correct. Even with a busy line, he kept things moving smoothly and treated everyone with respect. It’s rare to find someone who brings that kind of positive energy, and Dom definitely made the experience memorable. I hope management recognizes what a great job he’s doing.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ! And best hamburger I had in a long time! Dont get me started on the onion rings. Just the burger took me out ! I had a 2 pasties! I was on a budget so no extra stuff, just the lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Each bite was like fireworks in my mouth ! Keep in mind it was my lunch break although it was night time. Anyway it was good GOOD !! I think it beat fuddruckers, habit burger and put all those other places to shame. Also the staff was so enthusiastic, checking on me showing me the ketchup napkins etc
