Good late night dining spot on a Sunday night, it was after a concert and many non-fancy restaurants are closed by 9 pm, but Shake Shack was consistent with others in the nation and was smooth ordering (self-order kiosk, then wait for your name to get called). Steady business, not too long of a wait.
Stopped by Shake Shack yesterday coming all the way from Florida and I was really impressed with the service. There was a guy named Dom as I recall and was at the register, and he made the whole ordering process super easy and welcoming. I visited Shake Shack yesterday and had such a great experience at the front counter. Dom was working as the cashier, and he went above and beyond to make the visit enjoyable.
