Went in and there were a few people waiting around. One worker was very nice (tall black man) he apologized for the wait and acknowledged everyone. He gave me my food and apologized for the long wait. However, my food was cold. The fries were barely warm. It’s like what was I waiting for? And the burger was drenched in sauce. My half and half drink was disgusting the boba was the wrong flavor. The workers were nice the quality of food needs to be better. I prefer the Wharf location.

Went into this establishment just expecting to grab my mobile order, however, upon arrival, the customer service was concerning from the start. I wasn’t acknowledged once I arrived at the walk up counter and it took more than 20 minutes for the employee to acknowledge me along with other customers as well. By time I was finally acknowledged, my wife and I’s food was very cold. Very disappointing to say the least.

Ordered on DoorDash. Waited for an hour and they still didn’t finish preparing the order. Multiple delivery drivers waited and left. Had to cancel at the end.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location tonight. I placed two orders one through the Shake Shack app and another through Uber Eats for a promotion. When I arrived, the mobile order was ready, but the Uber Eats order hadn’t even been processed.
When I inquired about the status, an employee told me, “I’m not going to lie, you’re going to be waiting a while, we have a lot of orders ahead of you.” I explained that I had already been waiting over 30 minutes, but she simply walked away. About 15 minutes later, I asked again, and she loudly commented to other staff that I “keep asking.”
Eventually, I learned that my order had been prepared but was mistakenly given to someone else. I then had to wait even longer for them to remake it. By the time I finally received my food and returned to my car, my burgers and fries I ordered on the mobile app were cold.
The entire experience was frustrating, there was no accountability, and I felt like I was treated as an inconvenience for simply asking about my order. This was far from the quality and service I’ve come to expect from Shake Shack, and it honestly makes me think twice about returning to this location.
I hope steps are taken to ensure future customers don’t have a similar experience.

Two couples were standing at the self service kiosk just taking their sweet time. I went next door and had an excellent meal served quickly.

Food was horrible for it to be 40 almost 50for two people Fries wasn't hot, burger was greasy, drinks were all ice and the wait for food took 40 minutes plus, overall that was a one and done experience. 3/10 wouldn't recommend
