Absolutely hates this place. No one acknowledged us entering we just happened to see self order tablets. Went to place an order, guess what, the regular burger, the cheeseburger, and basically every other sandwich except the jumbo triple burger, the most expensive and overpriced and over indulgent sandwiche on the menu is sold out. I had 1 single choice or grilled cheese.

I got the grilled cheese, I kid you not this was a $5 sandwich that fit in the palm of my hand.

The fries, were you basic variety crinkle frozen fries, the supermarket special of the week.

The only good thing is we were served in under 10 mins...

We also got shakes and seriously not impressed!

Would never visit again or recommend.

I don’t live here and we don’t have a Shake Shack back home so I was very excited to be able to get it but ended up so disappointed. Aioli is my FAVORITE thing of all time and I was soo excited for my Parmesan fries with the aioli but instead got plain fries with no sauce and seeing check marks on the receipt like did you even double check it especially being a door dash?

I just can't believe that it costs over $40 for a burger, fries, and a drink! Really! 🥺

The service was great and fast. Got food in under 10 minutes even with a long line, food was great and cooked perfectly, nothing other to say than great service.

Really good burgers- much better than McDonald’s. Just don’t go on Friday or Saturday nights when it’s very crowded

The food at Shake Shack is …. OK at best. Meat lacking flavor and expensive for what you actually get. We could only order at a kiosk, the bathrooms were dirty, and dining area needed attention as well.

If you’re looking for a good burger there are plenty of other places around.

Just... low quality. The meat was middling at best, and it had bone shards. Maybe I just got a bad batch. And even if it wasn't, it qas just kind of... sad looking.
Relative to the neighboring restaurants, this place was almost empty, that should have been a red flag.
There's no plates or anything, just a tray. I got one tray for my whole family, what are they supposed to eat off of?
You order at a kiosk, and you are supposed to enter your table number, but they don't have table numbers so you just enter '0' so they know to call your name. I was explained this verbally by another customer, because they don't have it written anywhere.
I was expecting something better, I wouldn't come here again.
