There was a long line at the self ordering machines. When I finally got to one to order for my family of four the screen interface was incomprehensible to me. After myriad attempts I gave up. There was a “order here” station but no person manning it. Never to return.

Was hoping it tasted close to what regular shake shacks tasted like. Shack burger was good, but fries were bland and tasted unsalted. I was hoping considering it costed $3 more than a regular shake shack.

Meh. The hotdogs were dried out and the fries were not seasoned at all.

These guys have my favorite hotdog at Nats Park. Get their dog with cheese sauce, then add the ground deli mustard from one of the condiment stations. It's the best. Note - Shake Shack is notorious for long lines, so order ahead through the MLB Ballpark App (if available). There's a fast lane for season ticket holders which is awesomely convenient.

So I stood in line for a milkshake only to be told the shake machine wasn’t working (kind of ironic, considering it’s called “Shake Shack”). That’s not their fault, so I’m not complaining about that. However, the lady that was working the register was really nasty to me when I asked for one (before finding out that it wasn’t working), she screamed at me that they had no shakes that day and that she announced that three times, as if everyone in the big, loud stadium was supposed to have heard her and gotten the message. I even apologized to her for not getting the message, and she again yelled at me to get out of line for the next customer. I wasn’t planning to go back to Nationals Park for a while anyways (given that I’m not even a Nats fan), but I’ll definitely remember to avoid going to Shake Shack unless the workers change their attitude.
We were in the Schake Shack in the Nationals Park and very suprised at the good quality and fast service provided. Staff also very friendly.

Shakeshake is always good food wise - this location is consistent with others. What makes it special is the extra engagement from the staff and the large amount of seating options.

Disappointed with the overpriced average sized burgers and fries. There are much better and bigger options elsewhere for better value.

Shake shack St. Louis Mo. Hated it way too salty not good if you suffer from high blood pressure.
