We had a very disappointing experience dining here as a family.
Our group consisted of four adults, two four-year-old children, and one one-year-old. We were never informed prior to ordering that an automatic 20% gratuity would be added. This only appeared on the bill at the end of the meal, which felt misleading.
The service was also uncomfortable. One staff member loudly confronted us about a decorative cushion that our one-year-old briefly placed on the floor, then shook and struck the cushion in front of us to show it was “dirty.” This was unprofessional and embarrassing, especially since we made every effort to ensure our child did not disturb other guests.
In addition, our server repeatedly pushed us to order more food even after we clearly stated our choices. The upselling felt aggressive rather than helpful.
Given the lack of transparency around the automatic gratuity and the overall service—particularly toward a family with young children—this restaurant did not meet expectations. We would not return and would not recommend it to families.

Good food and great service. This is the No. 1 Chinese restaurant in our hearts—and our friends feel the same way.

I waited over 3 hours for my food to be delivered along with many other peopl for it then to be mediocre quality at best. Not sure how this place is in business. I paid $75 for two entrees and two appetizers. Absolute scam.

Picked up order. Main dish was hot and delicious. Egg drop soup was lukewarm; thus, not as tasty.

I ordered takeout so can't really comment on the atmosphere. I ordered boiled fish in spicy sauce and it was very good. I ordered wings as well hoping for some asian spice or different preparation, but they were just normal fried wings. Not bad, just nothing special. An Asian restaurant by my house recently closed and I've been searching for the spicy boiled fish somewhere else. I was not disappointed and am looking forward to trying other things on their menu.

Loved it as usual - we’ve been going for a while and the place has changed management several times but must have retained the chef! Food is always plentiful and good. We sat upstairs this time and the food was a little cold when served, they did correct this but it took a while , thus the one star deduction on service.

Delicious and decent food. The portion is small given the prices.

By far the best Chinese place in the area. I grew up nearby, and it was a staple for my best friend and me on our Sunday afternoons after having scoured the flea market for anything reasonably priced. The food is consistently rich and flavorful, the staff is always friendly, and the location itself is so cute. My favorite dish is the crispy beef. The portion size does suggest being split between two, but it's so good I usually just get greedy and have all of it myself. Perfectly crispy and the sauce is just sweet and savory enough, pairs perfectly with the side of rice. The classic lo mein options are also very good. With more of a mild flavor, I usually like to pair them with a protein. The fish dishes are also delicious, super fresh and rich, the spicy hot pot fish melts in your mouth. Overall my favorite place to hit up after a long day, especially in the winter 🫶

We paid cash. It was added 18% tips automatically on the bill, and the waitress asked me to sign on the bill, what a wired request that I never encounter.
