Was not loaded of fries.Gave and payed wrong orders;had to checked.And all people orders was sitting on the cooking finished table top not heated lamps or kept warm;was cold when pick-up.Manager was understanding and politely would make another order to replace the order with timely called to be hot with no charge.

Called in and order for 20 piece i whiting and 12 piece trout when I got there to pick it up none of it was ready then they couldn’t find the ticket so when they found the ticket, the person didn’t put it in the system so they rushed to fix my food and when I got the food for the party, the fish was not done. Well it was broke up. Some of them were too hard and dark, but I My daughter accepted it which I would have not.
but it’ll be a long time before I go back to shark.

The service here was amazing! A worker named Saleem greeted me and my family very respectfully and warmly. The food was amazing and budget friendly. I tried the new chicken sandwich on the menu (honey garlic). The sandwich was amazing, the burst of flavor was unforgettable. It was the perfect amount of honey. When you go make sure to ask Saleem to make it( he’s the best chef).

Over cooked my fried croaker , I paid 13.00 for crumbs & fries . I called to let them know , he informed me they cook everybody’s food well done without asking & hung up . Don’t go there please

Grilled fish is pretty tasty. Greens are not from a can which was surprising and the greens are tasty. For a quick grab I would recommend this spot. Prices are okay. Portions are okay.

Smfh I spent 75 dollars here and it was a waste of money, whiting fish fry very dry I couldn’t eat it, fries was soggy , wings was okay but cold , I had to put it back in my air fryer, customer service 0 , the cashier was a tall guy light colored skin , very rude, he was eating all in my face, didn’t wash hands and touch my cakes, full turn off. Then had the nervous to walk away for 1 minutes then came back, I just can’t order here anymore and will not recommend
