Sharks fish and chicken

Don't waste your money.. go to the Minnesota or Naylor Rd locations instead. I waited in the store for 30 min before they realized my order had been sitting there for 15 min then part of my order was missing. Chicken wings & fries were good but steak & cheese tasted like they used frozen steakums to make it.

13.99 for a 10 piece with fried chicken and fries in a tray ? the food was good and the meal came with a drink too.

Overall 10/10 recommend going here again especially if you feeding multiple people.

On 6/25/24 I purchased a ten piece mixed chicken (legs and thighs), with 2 small coleslaw being the sides for me & hubby.
After eating two pieces of chicken, I had a stomach ache with nausea. I asked my husband was he feeling sick as well after eating the chicken and he replied just a little. He also stated that he tasted a fish taste from the chicken and it smelled a little off. I must say that I too tasted a fish taste but just assumed that maybe Sharks had just used fish batter for the chicken which I wouldn't mind. We couldn't eat the coleslaw because upon first bite, it was easy to taste that it was spoiled.
I'm reporting this because this issue has the potential to cause detrimental effects to ANY customer. Given my experience, it's reasonable to believe that Sharks Fish & Chicken located at 3222 Pennsylvania Avenue SE Washington DC 20020, is selling food that isn't safe to eat. This wasvreported to the health department.

This is a neighborhood quick-service food joint that serves up meals such as fried catfish, sandwiches, chicken wings, french fries, fried chicken, and other offerings. The food is decent and the portions are nicely sized. They freely give condiments. My primary issue is the less-than-optimal customer service.

I had a delightful experience at Sharks fish and chicken. I don't really fancy reviews but this an exception. I was at the one on Pennsylvania Ave close to my grandma.The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the service impeccable, and the menu offered a fantastic array of delicious dishes.The staff was attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall enjoyable ambiance. Whether you're looking for a casual meal or a special occasion, Sharks fish and chicken exceeds my expectations. A must-visit for any food enthusiast! Will try their other locations
