I had a delightful experience at Sharks fish and chicken. I don't really fancy reviews but this an exception. I was at the one on Pennsylvania Ave close to my grandma.The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the service impeccable, and the menu offered a fantastic array of delicious dishes.The staff was attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall enjoyable ambiance. Whether you're looking for a casual meal or a special occasion, Sharks fish and chicken exceeds my expectations. A must-visit for any food enthusiast! Will try their other locations

Overall experience wasn’t bad, the food was good but also wasn’t the best in the world. The time spent wait was a bit on the long side considering how empty it was but the food that come out was worth the wait, definitely would come back

This afternoon, I picked up and online order for a cheesesteak. The service was pretty bad. Barely a greeting, and the cashier finished a lengthy conversation with a coworker before getting my order, which was ready and waiting. I ordered a bean pie, since I was visiting (I grew up here) and wanted my kids to try one. When I got home, it was moldy. When I called, they gave me a hassle about getting a refund because I didn't want another potentially bad bean pie as a replacement. Never again.

Disrespectful they're selling old food and trying to pass it as fresh I just ordered from Uber Eats and I bit into my fish and instantly smelled ammonia. To make things worse I ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad they sent it with steaming hot chicken over lettuce with croutons. Disgusting!

We ordered a Shrimp PoBoy and a Catfish PoBoy. Wait time was reasonable. Lettuce and tomato were barely noticeable on both sandwiches. There were six small shrimp on the 8" roll. Bread was good. Remoulade sauce was very tasty, but thin and drippy. Plenty of catfish on that sandwich. We ordered an eight ounce side of coleslaw. Didn't check the bag until we got to the park. Two forks, but no slaw. Called to tell them. At that point, would have been better with a credit, but the person said to come get it. We did. They had set aside three of the small cups, partially filled. Certainly was not what they advertised. At least, they owned the error, but it was rather inconvenient.
