The welcome Soju tasted so good, right at the chef's counter in their open kitchen. The Soondae, Hobakjuk, and the 2-course dessert, Ibgasim (Sujeonggwa sorbet) and Gwail (Juicyfruit) in our 7-course tasting were my favorites. Every dish was delicious with thoughtful combinations of flavors, texture, and presentation. It was a perfect birthday celebration!
We had a great experience at SHIA for our anniversary! We loved the atmosphere and the overall service the entire night. All of the staff are very accommodating and because of the intimacy of the restaurant, we were always addressed by our names which made the experience more personal. The food and courses were fun and delicious and would recommend!
Service was fantastic with close attention to detail. Creative menu with an outstanding wine pairing option that worked perfectly with the flavors. An overall outstanding experience.
