This restaurant has the best Orange Chicken I've ever had! Although it looks like a lovely place to eat, I've only had carryout from this restaurant, and the service as a carryout customer has been great!

Amazing scichuan food, fresh steamy hot and spicy. Watchout during tipping, if not tip liberally the owner will rush to seek correction. (Happened with many of my colleagues)

Food was big family style dishes. Chicken with hot dry peppers is a must. If you haven’t tried Sichuan chicken before and you like hot food then you definitely need to. Such a weird and cool experience. It’s spicy but in a different way.

Terrific, well-priced little place that my son discovered walking by. I took him there for lunch today amd we were both delighted. He had Mongolian Lamb, and I had the shrimp in Hunan sauce, which had a nice, but not overwhelming, bite to it. For apps we had the crispy pork bellies, some dumplings in Sichuan sauce and some scallion pancakes. Very attentive service and a nice vibe. We are going to make it a regular stop. Knew it was going to be good when I saw a steady stream coming in for lunch on a Saturday in a part of the city that is normally dead on the weekends.

The atmosphere was so good, and the staff was almost Chinese. The food was so generous and delicious. I came here because you were recommended. I'm glad I came here

Bad service. You can call it Chinese food but it’s not for Chinese.

Ordered fish with garlic sauce . The portion was too small for lunch menu with 24 something dollars. Taste is okay. It is not worth paying 24 plus tax for quick lunch. Not recommending at dining in for lunch.

I absolutely love this place. Everything I have tried there has been really good. My only gripe is with paying. Sometimes they will allow you to pay with more than one credit card, other times they refuse. I get credit card transaction fees, but come on! Other than that small gripe, I highly recommend Sichuan Pavilion.

Vegetarian options: There is a whole section dedicated to vegetables on the menu.

Took 5 mins to serve 3 dishes, super speed, and the food is excellent. Come here if you want real Chinese food, not American Chinese food.

Outstanding Chinese food at a small restaurant tucked into an office building on K street. Best Chinese food we’ve had in years. Don’t be put off by other comments. The restaurant adds a 20% gratuity to your bill, as do many other restaurants in the city. Service was pleasant and efficient. We all enjoyed our food.

Worst restaurant i’ve ever been in my life. The food quality is worst not authentic at all. After paying the bill, the server asked herself to add more tip to the bill. Customers tip the service and for good food. Worst experience ever.

Nothing special about this restaurant unfortunately. Everything was really tame for a Sichuan restaurant. We also didn't care for the "gloppy" texture of the sauces. We had the hot and sour soup, Sichuan style string beans, shrimp in spicy garlic sauce, Kung pao chicken, and shrimp lo mein. The lo mein was the highlight (and didn't taste very sichuan), although it was a butt frustrating that they were unwilling to make it with only veggies).

Dietary restrictions: Not friendly
