Terrible service. Our bathroom door is broken leaving my 11 year old special needs child stuck in there this morning! Front desk and management could care less and all we asked was for someone to please fix it! Now we have no bathroom door that is working which is extremely disappointing. Do better please!
We have never had any issues with Hilton before but definitely will be rethinking any more stays.

they had me sleeping on 2 box springs and a mattress. After they promised to make it right I was told I needed to talk to the person who promised me and of course she was no where to be found

Poor service. We have been waiting for a server for over 15 minutes. We keep getting told that someone will be with us shortly. Just recently arrived to hotel. Too. Is not ready and now we cat get any food.Very poor service.

A guest can have an option of eating of the menu or the buffet. Great service and great food! The hours are until 2 so make sure that you plan accordingly!

Definitely not cheap, talked to a couple great people! Very friendly.
There were 2 nights when we didn’t feel like going out and the hotel restaurant was a good alternative. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was good and I loved their drinks!

We had a pleasant experience at a conference here. The lounge is located in the main lobby of the Washington Hilton. Service was very quick initially but lapsed when we had finished our drinks and apps. It took about 20 minutes to flag someone down to pay. The Sidecar signature cocktails were creative and pleasant.

Stopped by Sidecar for an evening snack and drinks. We had the Chicken Flatbread with arugula and BBQ sauce drizzle. The food and drinks were better than average, but a little on the high end for what you get. If TripAdvisor had a "Better-Than-Average" rating, I would have given it that.
