Absolutely loved my time at Silo! Bottomless mimosas for $16 and they mean BOTTOMLESS! Super nice staff and great service! And the food was delicious!! Definitely on my top brunch spots list!
The staff was great. Very accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable. The building has a cool industrial or underground vibe. However the food was average at best. Nothing to write home to mother about. They could make some major improvements to their menu that would help immensely. For example with the chicken and waffles: the chicken was perfectly cooked but lacked real flavor, the waffles were soft and tasted like they came from a mix (artificially sweet) and the "side salad" took...read full review

Visited for Valentines Dinner, one of the last seating's of the evening, but the excellent staff took care of us like we were the 1st table of the night. Food was absolutely stunning and I only wish I could have eaten more. Definitely on my places to repeat in the future. The calamari appetizer was amazing. My cocktail also was fantastic and different!
