This place was absolutely amazing! I booked this place to celebrate my husband getting his masters. We initially booked a medium room (Oni) but decided last minute to upgrade to the larger room (geisha). I highly recommend getting the larger room if you have over 10 ppl. We had a blast! The system was easy to use, the food and drinks were GREAT! Also, I loved how they used a QR code that everyone could use to order their own food, that way there was no bill splitting, etc. once we were done, we could go! The staff was exceptional as well. I highly recommend and plan to be back! Even to solely visit the restaurant, Sticky Rice.

Had a blast celebrating a friend's birthday. The staff was extremely accommodating: waited patiently for us to leave once we realized we had extended our reservation because we were having so much fun; allowed us to bring in a birthday cake and provided plates and utensils.

We celebrated a friend's birthday here yesterday and we had an amazing time! The selections were plentiful, even though I do have some suggestions for classic R&B ballads for next time... That said, the room was great, the manager was very helpful and responsive with questions. The mic levels were great and clear and the sound filled the room! The food and drinks from Sticky Rice was delicious and easy to order from inside the room. Overall a 10/10 experience for our first time doing karaoke here!

Buyer beware. We booked using a Groupon, and the staff re-negged on their offer because it was going to be busy. They made us pay full price instead for 3 people, put us in the biggest, most expensive room (Geisha), and charged us a 30% gratuity without warning. The "karaoke system" was awful, non-legit, basically an iPad loaded with YouTube ripped videos.
