This place is what a “grab n go” pizza slice spot should be. Excellent pizza (Detroit style slice with pepperoni and hot honey was delicious), very fast, and a cozy atmosphere to listen to Katy Perry on the speakers for five minutes before getting on with your day. 10/10.
I placed an online order based on a YouTube video that mentioned this establishment. I can only rate the food as my wife went in while I was illegally parked. I ordered a large pie with an order of meatballs. The food was very good. I drove 50 minutes to get the food as I live in southern PG county. I would order again if I'm in the area l. Parking is a pain since it's on 14 Street.
I’ve eaten my way through countless pizzerias—from the back alleys of Naples to the bustling streets of Brooklyn—and Slice & Pie in Washington, DC is a standout. It’s rare to find a place outside of New York that nails the essence of a proper slice, but Slice & Pie does just that.
