Five stars for Smitty’s! This spot has quickly become one of my go-to places for a laid-back, super fun bar vibe. I’m obsessed with the hibiscus margaritas—they’re fresh, flavorful, and hit just right every time. Taco Tuesdays are a whole vibe too—delicious tacos, great drinks, and an easygoing atmosphere that always makes the night a good one.
And if you haven’t been to karaoke on Thursdays with DJ India, you’re seriously missing out. It’s always a blast—great energy, great music, and just an all-around good time. Big shoutout to the owners, Ben G and Shavonne, for creating such a welcoming and fun space. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick drink or staying all night, Smitty’s never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Food here is great. Especially the honey old bay wings, sweet potato fries and waffle fries 10/10.. best wings i have had in the dmv period. Right amount of crisp, meat and flavor.. sweet potato fries.. lets say almost 11/10.. point is the food is so good. The managers are so friendly and accomodating. We came when the kitchen was closed and they were nice enough to open it up for us. But i wil say customer service and food 12/10.. they do Karokee on Thurs. This is my second time here and its never a miss.. good food, good drinks and good customer service

So, I’m visiting from out of town and we came here for quick food. We came with a party of 5 and literally ordered wings, fries and egg rolls. The egg rolls ( two mini egg rolls for $5.00) and they came out cold. Did I mention that the entire order took an hour to come out????? The chicken wings have an ok flavor but they are those fat juicy chicken wings that we absolutely don’t like. The napkins are the low grade trifold, so you have to use multiple napkins to even wipe your hands. Hated it all!
Great neighborhood bar. Everybody knew everybody. Get the Ethiopian tacos. Seriously some of the best tacos I've had. Blown away. Cocktails were 10/10.
