The food at SmokeDatt BBQ is amazing! The meats are always tender and well seasoned. My 24 year old son just had brisket for the first time. He mentioned not wanting brisket in the past due to hearing the meat had a lot of fat. That was not the case with SmokeDatt BBQ. He loved it!

SmokeDatt BBQ is our go to for most of our events. We also order when traveling to visit our family in Florida. We choose not to have a gathering without placing an order from SmokeDatt BBQ.

Smoke Datt Barbecue was a blessing to my family tonight. They were so welcoming and generous. My kids received hot dogs, oreos, juice, and chips. I received chicken, cornbread, greens, apples, and water. My car battery broke down when we were about to leave, the owner and his buddy came over and helped me jumped the car. We have used SmokeDatt Barbecue to cater our church picnic on 3 occasions. They have always been prompt and provide excellent food & customer service. I normally don’t provide reviews; however, the food, especially the Mac & Cheese, was incredible. I warmed up a plate later that evening and was amazed how the food tasted like it was fresh off the grill. Thanks again for making our family fun day a huge success.

Amazing BBQ! The online ordering process was so simple - and if you need help and suggestions George was incredible helpful. The delivery process was so smooth, the driver was in contact with me the whole time. The food is so flavorful and delicious, everyone loved it! Highly recommend.

The second I stepped inside Rocklands Barbeque, the smoky aroma pretty much convinced me I’d made the right choice. The pulled pork was juicy and flavorful, the brisket had that perfect mix of tender and charred edges, and the ribs didn’t even need sauce to shine. I grabbed a side of honey jalapeño cornbread (dangerously good) and collard greens that had just enough spice to keep things interesting. I placed an order with SmokeDatt for a family gathering. Initially, there were no delivery dates for July 4th, so I requested a July 3rd date and planned to reheat the food for my family. I spoke with the owner, and he wanted everything to be perfect, so he set up a time to drop off on the 4th to ensure my family had hot and fresh food. He did not want me to try to reheat the food, and I was so appreciative. The delivery was on time, friendly, and there was help with setting up. The food was top TIER!! Ribs, chicken, burgers, vegan meatballs, and the collard greens were simply to die for!!! SmokeDatt had gained a loyal customer! If you are trying to find a place that will get your order CORRECT and has the best service, SmokeDatt is it!!!! 10/10!

I had the brisket, Mac and cheese and baked beans 10/10. I’m going to try and get something every time they come to my job.

The food was amazing! It was delivered on time in a professional manner. I catered an event for 40 people but more people showed up. There was plenty of food for everyone. My guest were pleased with the taste and the quality of the food. I highly recommend!

We had smoke Datt cater my job’s Christmas party it was Fantastic everything was awesome I highly recommend. They were on time the food was hot and let’s not forget the taste was fantastic. We will definitely use them every year. !!!!!!!

I had their pulled pork and brisket today with baked beans and string beans as part of a Fooda order at my office. Everyone in the office that had some was complimenting the aroma and taste. I have been waiting for their return in the rotation. The food is so good I ordered a second plate to take home. Glad I ordered when I did they ran out of brisket half way through the lunch service.

I love them whenever they come to my job, I don’t care if I’m on a diet, I’m getting that! They never disappoint me!!!

SmokeDatt Barbecue catered our wedding for 40 people. We got the pulled pork and chicken sandwiches with mac & cheese and beans on the side. Everything was great, and everyone was raving about the mac & cheese and pulled pork especially! We had it delivered to the venue and it was so easy and one less thing to stress about. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting good, reliable, stress-free bbq catering in the DC area!
