It has been a few years since I last visited this location. I went to redeem my birthday reward, and the cashier/brewer, Angel, was very patient with me. He even assisted me with the new app, as I was confused about why my reward hadn't popped up, despite receiving an email. He was kind and ensured everything would be alright.Thank you for your help!

Pros:*Ordered a Watermelon X-Treme Smoothie (12 oz). Not a big watermelon fan, but thought the smoothie tasted fresh + delicious. *Large menu w/many categories to match lifestyle needs - energy, weight loss, protein, indulgent smoothies, vegan smoothies, + even smoothie bowls! *Uses real ingredients, instead of pre-made smoothie mixes like some other concepts. Cons:*Downtown location - no indoor seating, no bathroom, no free parking. *Premium pricing - most smoothies are $7.99 - $11.29, depending on size.*No food options - packaged snacks are available, but no filling options like other concepts (wraps, flatbreads, etc).Overall: Popular smoothie chain w/ tasty smoothies + countless flavor combinations. Smoothies can be pricey, but ingredients are high quality - so it's worth it. (Can also get a 'Kid's Size', 12 oz for $5.29 - which is a great deal!) Solid spot, if you're looking for an indulgent + healthy treat.

The big dude with a long locks behind the counter is racist! He was literally rolling his eyes to us all the time and giving us attitude from the moment we entered. Another customer (black) came in and his mood changed big time! He took so long to do our ONE order of smoothie bowl. By the way, since you are actually feeling like a boss, you may want to check your food display because they are ALL EXPIRED!! You also have some foul smell. Smoothie King needs to check their employees and see if they fit the job!

Not very pleased with the product from this place! The service was great - which is why it gets 2 stars. Got a mango/kale smoothie, which was mostly kale and the flavor was awful. The other 2 were a regular mango smoothie and a tropical fruit. They all tasted like chalk. Awful!

This Smoothie King location on 7th Street in DC is a great place to go for all things quality smoothies and much more. The staff here is very helpful and efficient at getting everything together. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.
My least favorite location. That is always just one person working over there in that crowded place and it takes forever to get an order and a drink at this location

Service was quick and didn't have to wait too long for the smoothies. Smoothie was refreshing, tasty, and filling even for its medium size! The flavours of all the fruits for mine was present and mixed so well. There isn't anywhere to sit though, as you just grab and go. But very content with my experience and purchase here!

Watch the sales persons here. I went today and ordered. Large angel food since they had a special, and he gave me a medium cup. So I paid for the Large. Bit got a medium. You all are stealing money!!
