Live nearby and come here often. Use to get the hulk but recently hooked on the 32 oz Cinnamon Banana Power Meal. Local Tip - If you ask nicely they will give you a scoop of frozen vanilla yogurt for your fur-baby (for free). I come here so often my little baby knows the way and leads me to the store.. So Cute!

I recently visited Smoothie King and had a great experience! The service was impressively fast, which was a pleasant surprise during a busy time. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. My smoothie was delicious and perfectly blended. I’ll definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommend this location!

2nd time there and the most horrible service cashier disappeared right after she wrong my drink up was given no receipt and they took forever with just 1 person serving, my drink I had to take home and blend myself due to issues with their blender that I paid $11.00 for 10 minutes to fix a drink it bad. My Lyft ride almost left me and I had 10 extra minutes for my ride so picture that. Need more staffing with better work ethic.

I don't know if there was cross contamination or something expired in the smoothie but it had a bit of a weird taste, a few hours later I just felt nauseous. Something is wrong with the smoothies here and I don't recommend it if you don't want to feel sick.

Do not ORDER FROM HERE PLEASE AND THANK YOU ESPECIALLY MY COLOR PEOPLE . Not this location or H street location anyways . I used to work here and there was mold in the ice that I’m sure never got fixed and the children who came were being trained wrong . The dude M would leave fruit out overnight to unthreatening when all it needed to be was set in the fridge . They are told very nasty things from the owner , he is a sarcastic yt bald man you might see him from time to time . He basically told me months before when I wanted to quit due to discrimination and disrespect “I can stay until they find someone better “haha . He hires younger people to dictate their first jobs and take advantage sometimes even paying them under minimum wage . If you support people and human rights do not support his franchise . I worked hard for this company and was treated like absolute trash , they don’t even mix love in the smoothies ! The atmosphere is lonely , and long . You will see only some employees can help you with a smoothie ;) it’s sad.

I was told i cannot you use the bathroom unless I buy something I feel like it’s because discrimination the employee that told me that was London at the Rhode Island location

The behavior of the general manager towards women at this location is extremely disrespectful. When I walked in wearing sweats without makeup, he completely ignored me, continuing his conversation with a male Metro employee while staring directly at me without acknowledging my presence. It wasn't until I decided to leave that he finally acknowledged me. As a result of this treatment, I've decided to take my business elsewhere and will be sharing my experience of your poor customer service with others.

Tried ordering through the app for pickup today and honestly just so impressed! 2 staff members working and one greeted me right away, asked if I was there for pickup and grabbed my smoothie out of a fridge super quick. Packaged in a little bag with a handle ready to go with a straw. I think I was there all of 30 seconds. Not the first time I’ve been to this location but it was so seamless I will definitely do this again for lunch on days working at home!

I come here a lot and normally the customer service is pretty good; however the lady who worked 1st shift on Thursday March 7th is NOT pleasant at all. Extremely surly and just not the person you want working the front counter. Maybe just put her on making smoothies where she doesn’t have interaction with the public. Horrible attitude.

This is the 2nd time happened in different locations & I was trying to use the restroom before I buy but the lady who works there said you have to buy to use the restroom & I get very disappointed & left, so sad!
