had an amazing experience at this Smoothie King! The store was spotless, my order was made quickly, and the smoothie tasted perfect. Basically fresh, balanced, and exactly what I wanted.
What really stood out was the management. Dominic, the manager, runs the place with real professionalism and care. You can tell he takes pride in making sure every customer feels valued. He greeted me with a smile, checked in to make sure I was happy with my order, and kept the energy in the store upbeat and positive. It’s rare to see that kind of leadership in dc, but Dominic makes it look effortless.
If you’re looking for top-notch service and consistently great smoothies, this is the Smoothie King to go to. Huge thanks to Dominic and his team for making every visit such a positive experience!

This is ultimately the third time this happened to me and my friend at this location and I have had enough. After our workout class, the closest smoothie king to us would be this location. Not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES have we drove 11 minutes just in time 20 minutes prior to the official closing time (which not only on the website but at the store front says 9:00 pm) just to find out that they are already closed at 8:40pm! I asked the employee why do they close it before closing time and the employee said they close at 8:45pm. This has happened too many times and it’s a waste of a drive considering there are other locations that not only close on the dot of time but are willing to even stay a couple minutes longer as long as you call ahead! This location definitely needs a customer service training program or at least change the time of open to close on the storefront AND website. As a Smoothie King loyal customer this is ridiculous and I will honestly recommend the Chinatown location or U street over this location.
I ordered a PB Swizzle today and the bowl was very light.This was not the normal bowl they normally make.I was told the amount has decreased and they no longer blend it.For $13?? A huge disappointment and I will never purchase from this company again.

They walked me through the options and helped me pick the right smoothie for what I needed. Super quick service, clean space, and overall great vibes. I’ll definitely be back!
