After seeing similar reviews to poor service an hour till closing, I felt compelled to go on their website to let corporate know that they are losing business because employees do not want to serve after 8pm. Don’t advertise being open till 9pm and have disgruntled employees turn customers away with their sour attitudes and leave a terrible impression. See other reviews below for corroboration of this pattern of behavior customer service left unaccountable.
