Never opened on time I think they hired some people that can't make it in the morning But that's not fair to people like me , paying for Ubers and Lyft to get to the location just to find out the place is closed I arrived at 7:30amIt's closed but the door says 6:30am

The Mango Kale smoothie was smooth, but the banana flavor seemingly overpowered the full 32 oz of the smoothie. It was still very tasty for a hot day like today. It was gulped up by none other than me in a matter of 2 minutes.

I did not receive proper customer service this morning, I wasn't greeted when I came in, service clerk just stared at me, but when the next customer came in who was a Caucasian, they greeted then instead so I just didn't even bother spending any money on the service.

Quita has absolutely the best customer service on the entire 14t Street area...it is always a pleasure to visit this location when she is working...and she makes the best "Yogurt Delight" of any of the franchises...THANK YOU QUITA! YOU ARE THE BEST!

So, I’ve been going in to the smoothie king on 14th and U for a while now it’s across the street from my job. It’s been at least 3 months since the last time I’ve visited the store and today when I walked in the young lady ringing me up remember me and she knew what I ordered the last time and I could not. She is always so friendly and pleasant with great customer service Thank you Quita. I’ll be back
