Used to come here all the time when I first moved to the area so when I was walking around I was super excited to pass by and get some bubble tea. There was one person behind the counter who was to busy make people's orders. I did not get to order until a second person came back upstairs. He was a super nice person and took my order immediately. My tea on this day was a bit watered down. The person did have to stop and get some thing so it was probably a one time thing. The bubble tea otherwise was awesome and has been awesome for several years. I have also tried other food over here and it was great. I love come here because the seating in the back is so nice. It is a patio with some table. On a nice day it is great to sit there and eat some food or drink some bubble tea. The staff over here overall are super nice.

Had a sign outside saying it was the cutest cafe in DC/Georgetown (can't remember which) but I think that's a bit overkill. It was cute outside and small and quaint inside and a nice ish back porch area but it wasn't all that special or great compared to some other really unique and cute places in the area. The inside is so incredibly hot, there is no ac and it makes it super uncomfortable. All I got was a smoothie and it was fresh and tasted good so at least that turned out well! They had to go to the basement to make it though which I found weird..

The only reason I gave Snap more than zero stars is because I had to give them credit for their marketing. When we walked in, we were immediately struck by the heat. There is NO AC and it was hotter inside than it was outside. Store was kind of dirty, the floor needed to be swept and felt gritty. It was difficult to communicate with the employees and we finally got our warm bubble tea after 10 minutes. Didn't try the food. The tea tasted kind of gross, it wasn't anything I would have ever purchased again. The worst part? Both my sister and I had to go home within 30 minutes of having it as it made us horrifically ill. We both curled up on the couches and our parents had to keep bringing us water. I've only had food poisoning a few times in my life, but never before have I gotten it from bubble tea. STAY AWAY from Snap. There are MUCH better places to get bubble tea in the DC area.

We visited Snap because my Mini wanted a crepe. Snap is in Georgetown, but not on busy M Street. Atmosphere: Visiting on a hot, summer day, the inside was HOT. It almost felt like the AC unit wasn't on. The inside is a little small, but there's outside seating area. I think the interior decor could use a face-lift. Food: My Mini ordered a Banana Crepe with Nutella. She said it was good, but nothing special, and the presentation was just 'meh.' I don't think we'll visit again, especially when there are other eateries in the area that specialize in crepes.

Took 20 minutes for a smoothie and the place was empty. Worker did not speak English well enough to even get the order right. I don't care if English isn't your first language, but it needs to be enough to get a simple smoothie order right. Such a waste of good real estate in Georgeto

Took 30 minutes for 5 drinks. Drinks were the WORST bubble tea I have EVER had. We complained to the guy that the drinks were not good, and he said this is how they have been making them for 7 years. I have had bubble tea in many places, and this was the biggest disappointment. We asked for a refund and were denied it. Our drinks have been thrown in the trash.

Went here because Baked and Wired was closed. Weird experience with bad service and food. The tea is just rehydrated powder and the crepes were gross.

I'm not going to lie, the main reason I wanted to check out Snap was for the fox on their sign! But I'm really glad their foxy sign led us to turn down the street. They have lots of different bubble tea flavors, which is heaven! I got their lychee bubble tea, and intend to go back for more, the next time I'm in Georgetown. We sat inside since it was raining off and on, and it was nice, quiet and clean. We didn't try any food, so I'll have to come back for that another time. Final Verdict: Cute ambiance, love the entrance, and delicious bubble teas!

Good and quick food. Some of the furniture was dancing. A little dusty. I loved the colors and food

The location is absolutely great, very quiet a way of all the hustle and bustle of M Street but still super close to the center

Please be cautious with using credit cards at Snap. My credit card information was stolen and fraudulent purchases were made after I made a purchase at this cafe. It was easy to trace it back to Snap given it was a brand new credit card and this was the first and only purchase I'd made at the time. Shame on this business!

This place is awesome! It's pretty small but there is a decent sized outdoor space which is a plus and the food is really good :) They have a good selection of sweet and savory crepes.

Plastic plates and forks. Slightly weird tasting crepe batter? Place was deserted while Baked and Wired had a line out the door. We wanted more food so we thought to try Snap. I tried and loved crepes when I was in France but this didn't taste remotely close to the same meal. Bubble tea was prepackaged and watery. The place looks really charming from the outside and could have character if the food was good. Too bad...

I used to come here when I was a student almost ten years ago. Back then, I remember this place being such a cute little gem with crepes and boba tea offerings. I visited here for the first time in years over the weekend, but was very disappointed. I ordered a cappuccino boba tea, which is what you expect, made out of powder with hot water. My friends both ordered crepes, but this was where we had an issue. The cashier, who does not wear gloves, no wash hands after transaction were TOUCHING the crepe with BARE HANDS to check to make sure what was inside before serving it to the customer!!! Luckily, ours were untouched, but this must be a health hazard! I would not recommend this place.
