I have found my soup soulmate!!!!!! For years it was literally impossible as a vegan to find soups this delicious --- infinitely better than any soup I had before I went vegan. Basically, you're getting soup at *least* as good as you'd be served at a D.C. Michelin-starred restaurant, at a grocery store price. Those complaining of 'blandness' are either 1) totally insane, or 2) used to canned stuff full of junk.
Very sad that I missed out on visiting 'the shrine' of the actual Takoma Park cafe -- I can only imagine how amazing it would have been to have a bounteous cornucopia of Soupergirl flavors, all in one place. The delivery service rocks, though, and I'm also lucky to have a few local (Arlington, VA) stores that carry some of the most popular flavors. (I believe they're carried nationwide at some stores, like Costco and some grocery chains -- check yours!) Soupergirl, you are my soup hero!!!! May the soup (continue to) be with you!!!! 🍲
i am so thrilled to have found these Gazpachos. incredibly tasty and convenient.
The Portugese White Bean is one of the worst soups I've had in a long time. It's quite flavorless, I feel like I'm drinking an extremely watered down version of a shell of a soup. Souper disappointing
The beet gazpacho is amazing! I don't even like beets, but my husband and I are hooked on this! Disappointed they closed their store, but I appreciate the delivery option. All great ingredients and healthy food.

SUPER SWILL. TRIED 3 SOUPS ALL WENT TO THE TRASH.
I enjoy my Sourpergirl sandwich better with ham on it. My doctor was concerned when I told him I was just eating vegan and kosher and I followed his advice and started eating ham. I feel much better now.
I have been eating Soupergirl soups since 2017 and love them!!! Thank you for offering kosher options!!!!
For reference, I got the Creamy Dreamy White Bean Spinach soup. I had very high hopes, but it is not even sub-par. A friend of mine got the Chickpea Tomato Herb, and it tasted like dirty sink water. After trying both, he said, "Yeah, this is not good soup. More like baby food." These people have never heard of salt or even seasoning in general in their entire lives. Not to mention the package is impossible to open with your bare hands. Stop charging people money to eat your dish water. Disgusting. Mark Cuban paid $2mil for THIS??? Charity work.
Always good, fresh soup and sides.

Delicious! Love the split pea rosemary & the gazpacho. Great delivery option for meal train. High recommend and love to see the soups in grocery stores too.
Mediterranean Red Lentil Soup is the bomb! Addicted to it
I enjoy walking around the quaint city of Takoma Park. The mother-and-daughter-owned Souper Girl is one of my favorite stops for homemade soup. During the pandemic I stopped and ordered a pint of East African Peanut( bean) soup. And i also ordered a pint of sweet potato soup. They were both so filling and perfect on several cold winter evenings that week. I reccomend Souper Girl to health minded foodies. Their soups are complete meals in my opinion.
Wow. Wow wow wow. The delivery was super quick! I've tried the Thai chickpea extravaganza and the mulligatawny so far, and I'm HOOKED. It's so good. Just so so good. I'd been trying to find a good soup place for aaaaaages. And here we are.
After finally checking out Soupergirl for the first time, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Sara Polon. She greeted me and processed my order for my first ever soup there! She was very courteous and engaging even though I randomly showed up 40 minutes after they had closed ?Sara is the epidome of customer service and being a humble business owner. I love investing in people, especially the ones from my city (DC). So Sara and Soupergirl just gained a customer for life! Thanks again,Jeremy
