Shorted my order and way to correct. They are not answering the phone!! Food is tasty but I want everything I pay go. Chicken and waffles with no waffle just doesn’t work. Woodbridge location
It’s pick up only, you order at the kiosk and then they call your name when it’s ready. There’s not a lot of seating so it’s best to order ahead online or have it delivered.

Whoever the people are who work the night shift at this store SUCKS and lazy!! I ordered food online and 4 drivers came to pick my food up which was never made..they lied when the 4th driver got there and said it was picked up since the store closes at 3am…I’m writing this as it is happening..the DoorDash driver even reported it to support! How disgusting to lie instead of turning the app off!
I’m so upset I raved about this place to my wife and kid. Only to get let down. This is only my second time there. But I just wasted $68. And I also left an 22% tip When I placed my order the chicken was hard and over cooked Mac n cheese was not hott I’m so disappointed right now. I mean come on. I’m trying to be supportive.

To tell the truth. Just don’t go with so many options around this area. There is no reason that this food should taste like a teen chef is preparing and cooking. That’s as nice as I’ll leave this review. Matter fact, I’ll be nice. The truth is all you need. Don’t go.

Money!!
The good is really good. I would give them more stars but the wait time is terrible. It should not take over 30 minutes for me to receive an order of chicken and waffles.
Customer service is trash
I thought I was going into the actual restaurant. No, it's just a spot were you just pick up orders for delivery drivers. My food was hot. But I'm not sure if I'm going to choose this spot again

The reason why I'm giving them a low review is because they don't tell you that the chicken is really spicy, they should have an option for the spicy level, but they don't even tell you it's spicy at all. Very disappointed because the food was actually good aside from the heat.
Haven’t received my food or an update on my late delivery order 2 hours after placing it. Horrendous service.
This was THEE best fried chicken I ever had! I have no complaints. My waffle was fresh and moist 10/10
