THIS WAS THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. it took 30 minutes to order with no one in line. Just no one at the window to take the order. Then it took another 20 minutes to make the ice cream. We ordered 1 soft serve and 2 scoops of ice cream. Everything we ordered was already made and just needed to be assembled. There were multiple employees just sitting down on their phone and only 1 person barely working. An absolutely insane experience.
Ice cream here was so underwhelming. If you have the need, hit shake shack instead.
Here now and there are multiple employees sitt8ng in the back and o ly one actually working. Moves extremely slow.
Went there today and all the staff had great customer service!!! ❤️❤️❤️ it was great seeing young blk kids working hard! Order was correct wait wasn’t long at all! I enjoyed my snack!!
Terrible soft serve at an exorbitant price. Simply awful.
Great homemade Chipwich.
Unfortunately there’s no option for zero stars. Waited at least a half hour in line to order and then another 45 minutes to get four ice cream cones. Yes, that was all we ordered: four ice cream cones. 1 hour and 15 minutes total. Unbelievable. Pick someone else for your ice cream.
Service was extremely slow. I waited in line for like 45 minutes to request for a simple item. They could not bring two hotdogs within 10 minutes. And one small ice cream for 7.50 is a little overpriced. It was literally one scoop from what I observed from other people. If service was faster, I would probably like it
I love it!
Ice cream was fine. Hoping for more soda fountain options since it's ya know... A Soda Pop shop. Cake was dry and not tasty.

I’ve been working my way through the Washingtonian’s list of ice cream spots in the city and got to this one. There was nothing wrong with it per se but also nothing exceptional. It was expensive for what it was and my root beer float was made with soft serve and not hand dipped ice cream which means it just turned into a creamy mess. (Some may like that hence the detail!) I ended up throwing half of it away. I used to work at the wharf and I see why I never made it here. The woman who helped me was friendly and speedy.

My initial impression wasn’t the best. I walked up to the ordering window and some older gentleman was pretty rude when he was telling me that whoever was at the counter wasn’t there and I had to wait. I wanted maybe 8-10 minutes for them to return. When I finally was ordering the young lady could it seem any less interesting in helping me. After ordering a cheese burger and Lavender Lemonade for my wife my total came out to $16.50. Here is where things take a turn again, I waited about 25 minutes if not longer for my order…. I had no one else in front of me… I got my burger and had to wait an ADDITIONAL 3 minutes for my lemonade. While the burger was actually very very good and I would love to have it again, I believe it the service improves they would be a solid 5 stars.

It’s in a cute area that is fun to walk around. I ordered a root beer float that came out to be $9. The soft serve wasn’t very good. The root beer I think was warm so overall it just didn’t taste very good. A little over priced.
