Thank you to the wait staff on the cruise! The food was good, the music was super fun, and the experience was just a party!!

I was expecting a romantic dinner cruise. The service was slow and the wait staff did not seem to know what they were doing. The food was mediocre at best. It was loud, and the DJ did not play one slow song. There was no narrative about what sights we were seeing on the Potomac. The sunset was beautiful.

Was a lovely night! Food was average, boat needs a little tender love and care. Had a extensive wine list but only cared house wine on our boat. And advertises 3 hour experience and we where back to dock in 2 hours 15 minutes

We went with children and grandchildren including our handicapped daughter. The boat was perfectly wheelchair accessible. Staff was attentive and professional. The food was good, and DJ was a blast. The commentary by the captain was interesting about sights, parks, surrounding area. We went on the dinner cruise Fourth of July, and saw a spectacular fireworks show framed by the Washington Monument and Lincoln Memorial. Every age group had a great time. It was a bit expensive but definitely worth it.

Took over an hour to have our table released to get food while others were getting seconds. Food was barely edible. Humidity inside was at 100%. The music was awful and you couldn't hear anything. We didn't leave port because of winds that didn't exist. There was also multiple health code violations including including dirty plates and cross contamination. Feels like a waste of my time and money. Edit: After posting the first time, someone passed out in the dancefloor mosh pit that DJ Rob promoted.

Whatever enjoyment one might derive from the views and food is utterly demolished by the horribly loud obnoxious music they blast the whole time. Might be okay for a dinner cruise but NOT for a lunch cruise. Try talking to your companions? Impossible. My ears were ringing after. Who the heck thought it would be a good idea to blast people with super loud ghetto music for two hours? Then let me tell you about the food... they had a nice but very limited buffet - however we requested vegetarian meals... do NOT even think about doing that - you'll end up sitting waiting for a half hour after the buffet is opened and everyone else is eating before your good comes, which consisted of: 4 pieces of broccoli hiding a small lump of mashed potatoes! What?? Would it have hurt them to include the spinach pasta like in the buffet? Ridiculous. And then there's the service... poor at best - and that's when the wait staff wasn't on the Dan e floor boogieing instead of serving customers! Whoever owns this operation seriously needs to do an "undercover boss" sting here... I'm not coming back. Odyssey and Dandy are much better.

We took a lunch cruise with our kids 19+ 17 yo. The service was great, good food and the DJ was awesome. No complaints at all regarding the cruise! It was a lot of fun and we even danced! The area that needs some help is the disorganized area prior to boarding. Someone needs to get rope dividers and organize the crowd of people all trying to get through the gates. Thankfully, this crowd was a calm crowd but I could see this becoming a problem with people that don't have as much patience. I would definitely do this again!

July 2021 - COVID Review: My husband and I went for the dinner buffet cruise to celebrate my milestone birthday on a Saturday night! The staff were so fun and kind! Our server was Alexis and I was so surprised to have received a hand-written birthday card from her already at the table when we went to get seated! The food options were good and the DJ kept a lot of people on the dance floor! The ship also has a nice rooftop with seating where you can go to enjoy. It was a really nice and memorable 2.5 hour ride on the Potomac and we even got to see the sunset.

The food is terrible, bland and no flavor. Staff was amazing but that was the only highlight of the night , nothing else to brag about. I want to get what I paid for and this was not it.

I booked tickets for our anniversary as I thought it would be an amazing unique dining experience. We had never been on a dinner cruise, so I didn't know what to expect. But after reading so many mixed reviews, I had alot of anxiety going into this experience. Some people said the food was mehh and I was told by someone to lower my expectations, which is something you definitely don't want to hear after paying so much for a dinner, lol. All-in-all, we had a beautiful night. The experience was exactly and everything I envisioned it would be. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The food was really good. I LOVED the seafood chowder and the short ribs. I even liked the carrot and I hate cooked carrots, lol. I didn't pay for any of the special occasion packages, but we did let our server know we were celebrating our anniversary. She was super sweet and gave us our dessert cake on a plate that said "Happy Anniversary". I get cold easily, and was concerned about being cold on the water, but the weather was perfect and the interior of the ship stayed cool since it was so warm outside. The ambiance was as romantic as I hoped it would be, and the tour guide information was really cool. I get motion sick really easily, which was something I was concerned about, but I was able to get through our time on the ship fine without needing any dramamine. I'm not sure how many times we'd do this again because of the price, but I was very pleased with everything and my husband and I had a great evening.

Scenery and food were great. Prices were high. Dj was good, and our server was very nice. We would probably do it again, if they lowered pricing we definitely would.

Fantastic experience! Our waitress Venus was AMAZING! When they say “bottomless mimosas” they aren’t kidding! We boarded the boat and were directed to our personal table. Venus brought us some cranberry and orange juice, and never quit pouring prosecco into our flutes for us to make our own mimosas depending on how much juice you like in yours. Brunch was typical restaurant brunch food - scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, French toast. I don’t like the “lunch” part of brunch (just give me the breakfast food) so I’m not sure what else they had other than a carving station. Desserts like cheesecake and carrot cake were yummy. When we were done eating, we sat out on the front of the boat to enjoy the cruise. I wish they had speakers outside so we could hear the tour guide’s explanation of what we were passing. Although we weren’t sitting inside at our table, Venus came outside and found us to refill our flutes- multiple times! I feel this experience is more suited for people from the area rather than tourists because we couldn’t see much and couldn’t hear anything. I’m already looking into doing a similar cruise with this company where I live. Great date experience or group gathering.

Something different to do... Theresa and David were our servers-they were awesome! My steak was over cooked but my husbands steak was good.

My original cruise for the 4th of July was cancelled. Was offered something else, looked at pictures and was not something I was interested in. So, I requested a refund. It’s been 3 months since I’ve heard from anyone. Every time I contact them, they tell me the same thing. “You refund has been submitted and will be processed as soon as possible”. I understood, the first month I was patient. Then two months, nothing. Then three months later, nothing. Make sure your cruise doesn’t get cancelled or else you’ll never get a refund!
