Food was great! Unfortunately we ordered two starters that were served with our entrees so our entrees were cold when we went to eat them. Server was scarce, drinks weren't refilled without us asking. Disappointed with the service. We weren't given utensils at first either, hard to eat without utensils.

Food was great! No bad seat as there are tvs everywhere. Kitchen closes a bit early if you're there watching a late game. So that was the only issue, our server forgot to tell us until after it was closed.

Disappointing overall...the staff was friendly and attentive...the beef was plentiful, juicy and tasty and the caraway seeds and course salt on top of the rolls were fine, but kimmelweck rolls are supposed to be hard and crusty and not soft and bready so as to absorb the juiciness without turning into a soggy mess...oh, yes, the horseradish was sour and watery with absolutely no bite whatsoever...you've got to replace the kimmelweck rolls if you want to be compared to the Western New York standard especially at Wagner's in Lockport where we refer to this all-time favorite as beef on wick...Go Bills!!!🦬

My friend and I have been coming here almost every game this season. I'm a Commanders fan and he's a Bills fan so we are kind of difficult in that we need to be in a spot where we can see both games but every time we ask- the hostess, the bartenders, and the manager have all always been very attentive and accommodating to us to make that work so we love coming here! The vibe is good too- it's just kind of annoying bc you're gonna see a mix of other fans like Philly LOL but it's Fine! It's all in fun. We love the wings and nachos! Our servers have all been super nice too, they just get busy sometimes when we're waiting on refills but you gotta expect that on Sundays! Don't expect to have deep conversations here though bc it's loud ok lol. We're gonna keep going here all season. Hail!

Went on a Sunday thinking it’d be a chill spot to watch the Bills game — only to find one TV showing it while the rest had the Commanders on. Don’t let the Upstate NY–style menu fool you — this is not a Bills bar. Came back Tuesday at 10 p.m. and was told the kitchen had just closed a minute earlier. Tried again Wednesday at 9:38 p.m. and was told the kitchen closed at 9:30. I’m 0-for-3. My advice: if you’re planning to eat, don’t show up after 9 — the kitchen hours seem more like suggestions than rules.

Great place, accommodating to a large party, very fairly priced. GREAT veiwing experience for TNF and the MLB playoff game at the same time.
I was traveling for work, read the reviews for this place, and ended up spending an entire Sunday watching NFL games. I sat at the bar, the environment was incredible, good service and food, and the DJ’s were amazing. I gave my bank card to run a tab, and when it came time to leave, I paid my bill in cash. Unfortunately, my bank card was still charged. I’ve spoken to two different managers, including Jasmine, over a week ago, and she indicated she would have the charges reversed. It’s been more than two weeks, now and I've had no response from management. My phone calls and messages have not been returned. With no explanation as to what happened, I can only now speculate that the server just kept the cash and charged my card. Whatever happened, I ended up paying $107.73 by card and $130 in cash that included a tip. It is very disappointing for such a reputable establishment and not a great way to treat visitors/customers or run a business. I just want this to be made right.

Just a heads up for fellow fans that this is probably not the best spot for a Bills game. Food and drinks were phenomenal, and service was really great. But getting the Bills game on any centrally-located TV was a bit like pulling teeth, which felt a bit frustrating given the extensive marketing around upstate NY, which was what brought us in the first place. Despite its fun new upstate branding, this is definitely still a Commanders bar. If you're a Bills fan, I'd stick to Exiles for game day, and try out these (really yummy!) wings on a weeknight.

Really nice place to watch the big game on a Saturday night. We had a table, and it was lively without being overwhelming. Good atmosphere, excellent service, clean and stylish, with a DJ who would play music during commercial breaks. Food was typical game day fare done well: pizza, wings, nachos. Go Dawgs, sick 'em

Best place to watch any sporting event. Huge screens with every game playing simultaneously. The energy makes you talk to other people and celebrate in the games. We had great service from Adam (bartender turned server) who was very attentive when I alerted him to bathroom not having toilet paper.
