This place used to be my go to Starbucks, the drinks were delicious and fast and I never had a bad experience with my drink or any order. I am not sure if the manager changed but now the workers are super slow, they donāt care if you made a mobile order over 15 minutes prior to picking it up they will not make it until I go and ask them for my drink. This is the second time that happens it seems the new staff does not want to work. Such a shame because this was such a good location before the staff switched, now itās terrible and I recommend going to other locations.

I am so confused by the negative reviews. This is my local Starbucks and Iāve only been treated EXCEPTIONALLY well. The service is timely, the baristas are kind, and the location itself is a great place to work with lots of natural light. I want to shout out Aviana specifically, sheās so friendly and always gives great suggestions ā Iāve discovered some new menu favorites because of her! Highly recommend this Starbucks.

I placed an order today on 4/4/2025 for 3 items. I one of ordered items waited another 10 minutes before I asked about my 2 other items ordered at the same time as was told by the store employee that orders are filled in the order they are placed. Needless to say I had place one for the 3 items at same time! Staff was super unhelpful and unfriendly. I felt like I was interrupting their socializing with each instead being respected as a customer. One my most disappointing experiences at a Starbucks

I had stopped going to Starbucks altogether, but one day I realized that they had matcha drinks and decided to go in and check it out. Wow, it was so bad that I cannot believe they call it matcha latte. The matcha was all clumped and tasted so bitter; but not matcha bitter, just plain powder bitter. The barista told me that it used to be sweetened before, then they changed it to unsweetened, and now it's back to sweetened. Whatever it is, its definitely the worst matcha I've ever tasted.

Just went there yesterday, and gotta say, for a Starbucks, this place was deserted. Only one other person, compared to every other Starbucks I've seen, with a line through the door. That's probably why the staff seemed so happy.
Got the brownie, and, gotta say, it could stand to be a bit bigger. Although, when I got it, it was very warm, which was a nice touch.
The only other thing that I didn't like was the outside seating wasn't properly set up, so we had to put the chairs up ourselves.
This location their coffee is good But the three person working this morning was bad and rude no respect for customer there all are not professional, I stood up for 15 minutes the two girls were just running their mouth between not even asked me what do I want even the guy did not even asked neither bad service

Avoid this location if you can. The customer service quality is abyssal. If youāll get acknowledged, be ready to be ignored again as the baristas will prioritize talking with each other over your service. Also, I hope you enjoy sounds of neighing horse as a side order to your breakfast.

Wouldnāt recommend it - I tip people in the service industry, I am pleasant, i donāt understand the reason for disrespecting me unless it goes beyond simply admitting the drink wasnāt made correctly.

The baristas were friendly and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere. I particularly want to shout out Avianna, who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my order was just right. Highly recommend this location for both great coffee and excellent service
