Avoid this location if you can. The customer service quality is abyssal. If you’ll get acknowledged, be ready to be ignored again as the baristas will prioritize talking with each other over your service. Also, I hope you enjoy sounds of neighing horse as a side order to your breakfast.

Wouldn’t recommend it - I tip people in the service industry, I am pleasant, i don’t understand the reason for disrespecting me unless it goes beyond simply admitting the drink wasn’t made correctly.

The baristas were friendly and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere. I particularly want to shout out Avianna, who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my order was just right. Highly recommend this location for both great coffee and excellent service

Exceptional service with a smile. I stopped in for coffee and a sandwich. Upon entering I was greeted with a smile and staff that were eager to take my order. My order was made to perfection and the barista took pride in making my drink unlike many other locations that slip-slop just to get to the next order. It's rare to see all employees smiling and enjoying what they do. Thank you for the great coffee and helping to start my day right with all the positivity that this location exudes.

I reluctantly stop at this location on occasion as it is close to work. The coffee is good, but the customer service from the morning crew is pretty bad. You’re lucky if they acknowledge you at all. Normally, the cashier will just stare off into the distance until you order. Could be cleaner as well. Definitely needs better management.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are stairs to get in, so might be difficult.

Overall of the experiences I've ever had at Starbucks along the world, this has been by far the best experience ever received. It was on July 4th, almost by closing time, sadly I don't remember the employee name but had a long hair and a cap. I love Java Chips but this employee made it awesome, made us feel comfortable and enjoy our experience all the way. Kudos to this kind of employees. Will definitely come back again!

Service was fast and friendly but have to hold Starbucks accountable. I ordered a personal cup to prevent use of a plastic cup and the barista made my drink with a plastic cup… what is the point of trying to be sustainable?

This is one of the best Starbucks I have been to. The staff was organized and worked together so well. Kurt the store manager worked as hard as the rest of the staff and remembered my order every time I came in. I can’t recommend it enough. Others should come and see how this one runs. Loved it!!
