They screwed up my order and would not refund me the $1.38 or give me a gift card and forced me to call a 1800 number when it’s very easy to refund less than $5 to the card used. Do not come here. There is no customer service.

This is a much better location than the Grand Hyatt across the street. It’s very spacious. There’s a large wall counter with outlets to get your work done. Friendly service. Big clean restrooms. And the iced coffee was brewed fresh and strong during my visits.

Typical Starbucks but liked seeing the personal interaction with staff, especially with a gentleman working Barista. Very personable and helped create a welcoming atmosphere!

A nice Starbucks, inside the hotel area, and polite baristas, though the cashier did not know how to add money and reload my Starbucks app.A few notes:Parking is limited, restroom only for the customers, and,They closed very early.
I am in DC every month- I have tried many Starbucks- this is by far the best! The drinks are always great and the staff is friendly, cheery and delightful! Every time without fail!

Expresso/Latte machine is broken and their QR scanner is broken. What a sad and disappointing experience - this place has gone down hill since I visited here before the pandemic.
