The least friendly Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’m staying in the Marriott, and I’ve visited this Starbucks twice today, receiving the same “service” both times. The woman with the short hair is extremely unfriendly and clearly does not want to be there. During my first visit, I stood at the counter for a few minutes while this woman chatted with another worker about something. Morning rush, clearly we’re all trying to get someplace, but she was basically ignoring that I was standing there waiting to order. When she finally (barely) acknowledged me, I placed my order and she mumbled something about the oven being broken. I could barely even understand what she said because she barely opened her mouth and wouldn’t even look in my direction. I said ok and left. I just returned only to buy a bottle of water. I walked up to the register and said “hi, I’m back haha” in a friendly way. She didn’t even look up at me. Just scanned my water and pointed toward the payment machine. I added a small tip, which she saw me add, and then I said “thank you!” She literally never spoke a single word, nor looked up at me during the entire interaction. Incredibly disrespectful person and should not be customer-facing. I completely understand all the negative reviews about service at this location.

This location is run by the hotel. They don't take points for payment and they upcharge for nondairy even though there is LITERALLY a sign that says no extra charge for nondairy right behind the cashier's head.

Horrible people work here who will scream and shout at you if you don't follow their twisted rules. Some of the most obnoxious people I've ever met in my life. Don't work here if you hate your job and customers. It's coffee. The guy in the morning with the long hair verbally assaulted me and no one did a single thing.
