I love this Starbucks, its close to my house, and the workers are very nice, it's always fun to see how they're going to spell my name, even after I spell it for them 🙃 sometimes they get it,and sometimes it's like, wow that's new,lol. But I enjoy 😉 they're excellent skills in getting my order right and on time. Also some of them even know me and my order so,that makes me feel special. 😌

It is very rare I write a review. I work in hospitality and previously with Starbucks. I want to commend this location, they greeted every Guest, checked in to see what people are waiting on, and were authentically friendly. Even the Manager was present on the floor. Calvin specifically was extremely pleasant. These may be basic Starbucks brand standards, but it’s extremely rare to find them actually being done. I will be back!

Everything was good but the space . They should renovate the store and make the space to sit. There are no tables and chairs to sit, and it was annoying to me.
A very gentle and kind customer service is the most essential ….loved it… the location is very nice and the coffee shop is small and beautiful …you can stop for quick recharge than a long relaxing time….a beautiful location for pick up and eat through go style… totally loved the coffee shops🥰🥰🥰

My favorite Starbucks in town. It can get busy in the mornings, but the staff is great - particularly Calvin who always remembers my name and takes that extra second to ask me how my morning is going. It's always appreciated.
I also like the new layout w/o seating. It's much better for all the commuters that no longer have to squeeze next to each other while waiting.

This Starbucks outlet is one of two which used to exist in the West End of DC. Covid killed off the one with decent seating. This spot at M/24 used to have a restroom and at least a barstool area where one could pretend it's a coffee shop. Now it's merely outpost to pick up drinks which continue to increase in cost (don't forget to tip a suggested dollar!) If you want a S'bux to go, this is fine. You can also buy a $20 souvenir cup here, just in case.If you prefer a coffee shop experience, there's 4 other spots within 2 blocks where you can get that. [response will be please see link to corporate site, it's the going rate for s'bux in these parts]
