Management is obviously terrible and it of course trickles down to the boneless staff. Slow service, things are always broken, always understaffed. I won’t be going here anymore but they need to get their shit together. Manager did nothing to help the one barista all she did was ring up orders. She should be leading from the front like an actual manager does.

The African American girl with the short hair yesterday was really sweet she helped me with my iced caramel macchioto. The other Caucasian girl I had to say excuse me to multiple times for different items like light ice in my ice coffee bc my coffee melted she ignored me half the time bc I guess she didn't want to be bothered. I walk with assistance so I did need help with my coffee cup holders but the Caucasian girl told me there wasn't any if I knew names I would of listed them by names not description. But I need my hands so I'm not able to carry everything I usually put my coffee in my book bag in a Starbucks cup holder in a Starbucks bag with a Starbucks sticker to cover the lid part bc it almost spilled. But I had to ask for all these things with the same Caucasian girl that wanted to be not bothered & doing the blenders & handing out the coffees. But in the end she did explain that they were out of cupholders. Which I completely understand but for people like me that walk with assistant cupholders are Nessessary for me. Bc the items have to go in my book bag bc yesterday I didn't even get to drink not even half my coffee.bc it spilled all of it on the way out. So if I do come nxt time there need to be cupholders and paper small carry bags to put them in bc I recieved neither yesterday.

The baristas spend more time complaining about understaffing than they do making the actual orders. Waited 25 mins for a coffee that was basically all milk no espresso.

Hospital consumer friendly not general public. At certain hours can only order vis the mobile app and ain't nobody got time for that!

It’s a Starbucks order ahead to go for mobile order or stand there and ponder life decisions while you watch 10 people get a coffee before you. Overall staff was professional location was well maintained 10 out of 10 would recommend.
