Overall, I like this location and the staff is great.
I usually order ahead. And it's usually ready in less than 10 mins. I get a Macchiato with about 7 customizations. At first, my drink would be consistently AMAZING. Then it would often miss the mark. Today, no complaints.

I come here all the time in the evening before class and the staff is amazing, they greet me by name and tell me to have a good day. I think if you really want to get the best Starbucks experience you should honestly come by when the closing staff is present, those guys are so positive. I see some of these other reviews and some of you guys are just being babies, why would anyone in their right mind want to spend ALL of their time in the lobby exactly At closing time? you came in ,did what you needed to do or bought what you needed to buy, now go home. Don’t give these guys such a hard time. Believe me respect goes both ways, it is not a one way street. At the end of the day everyone does have to go home eventually. Fussing with the employees of any place is only making their jobs harder when they simply are following store policies.
