I like this Starbucks. Morning team and efficient. Evening crew starts announcing closing time at 5pm. The manager on duty will go around yelling “ STARBUCKS CLOSES IN 2 HOURS”. This is so unprofessional and so uncalled for. Please correct this. This same person is very rude when taking orders. A customer mispronounced “ açaí “ and she correct them and was going back and forth and said “ I’ve been with Starbucks for 25 years, I think I know how to pronounce it “ … horrible customer service.

What a waste of time I had to wait for 20-30 minutes only for a small mango Dr drink and first time and it has bad service the cashier even ignore me because they knew that my order was late and I talked to the manager and they told me that they always busy and they don’t care who ask because she’s just doing her job I don’t recommend people coming this place !!!!! First and last time I’m coming to this Starbucks

Every time I visit this location, the wait time for a cup of coffee is consistently between 30-45 minutes. Today will be my last visit. It’s unclear what’s going wrong here, but the operation is clearly not running smoothly. Additionally, they frequently run out of coffee.

I’m just leaving this Starbucks after waiting 18 minutes for a small salted caramel cold foam cold brew. After waiting 12 minutes and voicing my frustration, the manager on duty said “well, we’re a high volume store.” I’ve lived in this area for 12 years, I’ve never waited as long at a Starbucks as I have at the GA location near Howard. The Starbucks near Catholic University is also a high volume store that operates very efficiently. The manager didn’t offer to give my money back or do anything to rectify the situation beyond asking if I wanted to cancel my order after waiting for 12 minutes. Horrible costumer service!

20 minutes for a drink. What a waste of time? before coming here i ordered my drink through uber eats and it was delivered spilled/empty. Terrible packaging from starbucks & i blame uber driver too. But coming here is probably worse.

Why does it take 10 min to get a black ice coffee with only 2 people ahead of me in line. It should be like 45 seconds. Currently I am watching 3 people just standing/puttering around. They could walk over and just pour the drink in 15 seconds. It’s crazy.
